Objetivos

• Historia clínica del paciente de implantes, manejo clínico de factores de riesgo, metabolopatías, anticoagulantes, enfermedades sistemas, bifosfonatos, enfermedades psiquiátricas y neurológicas a tener en cuenta.
• Entender la biología y traducción clínica del hueso crestal, factor que condiciona la técnica quirúrgica, el diseño protésico, la prevención de la periimplantitis y la fidelización del paciente.
• Aprender las técnicas quirúrgicas y el manejo de sus complicaciones, así como su planificación para poder tratar cualquier caso con seguridad.
• Entender la importancia del diseño de la prótesis y su mantenimiento, sus conceptos mecánicos y biológicos e incorporar una gestión del laboratorio moderna, con visión clínica y de crecimiento asumiendo unos protocolos de eficiencia en los controles del gasto.
• Incorporar los conceptos de estética facial así como aprender todas las técnicas de estética y manejo de rellenos.

Ever since Dr. Paulo Maló published the first article on the All-on-4™ protocol for implant reconstruction of the mandibular full arch in 2003, there have been significant changes in the way dental professionals managing patients for full-arch implant restoration. Initially, there were concerns regarding the use of only four implants to support a full arch fixed restoration. The dental community exercised caution, particularly when the All-on-4™ protocol was indicated for immediate loading. 

After 25 years of clinical application and extensive documentation, All-on-4™ has firmly established itself as an effective method for full arch and full mouth dental implant reconstruction, particularly in patients with limited bone volume in the posterior oral regions.

This innovative approach uses four implants to support a full-arch prosthesis, which can be delivered immediately, offering patients rapid and reliable results. The aim of this course is to outline a systematic approach to prosthetic rehabilitation and help the clinician to confidently address comprehensive treatment involving bridges, crowns, veneers and onlays on natural dentition and on implants, from a single restoration to full-mouth rehabilitation. The application of systematic approach, represents, especially for complex rehabilitations, an indispensable means of achieving optimal final results, from the esthetic as well as biological and functional viewpoints. This small group comprehensive 2-Day program focuses on the merits of embracing Immediacy as a patient centered implant prosthodontic treatment solution. Through a series of live and previously recorded surgeries, formal presentations, group discussions and hands-on training, dental teams will become familiar with the merits of Immediacy Protocols for both the single tooth and full arch solutions. Participants will complete 3 Full Arches and assist in an additional 3 Full Arches during this 3 day program.

Join the Single Tooth Live Surgery on actual patients training program. This one-of-a -kind program offers implant training for those dentists who are in the beginning stages of adding oral implantology in their practice or interested in increasing their skills and receiving quality hands-on experience providing implant therapies. Participants will place 10+ implants and assist in 10+ implant surgeries.
