Nobel Biocare Virtual Education Series: Immediate full-arch prosthetic rehabilitation utilizing the All-on-4® treatment concept

Jan 25-Dec 30, 2021
US
Dr. Hooman Zarrinkelk
Dr. Saj Jivraj
Overview: In this 5 hour program. Edentulous patients and patients with failing dentition who want a fixed prosthetic rehabilitation are very often faced with time-consuming, expensive, and uncomfortable bone grafting procedures. The perceived complexity of rehabilitation is a great obstacle to treatment acceptance for these patients and many dental clinicians as well. The All-on-4® treatment concept was developed by Nobel Biocare to eliminate many of the difficulties facing patients and clinicians. It allows for an immediate-function, full-arch, implant-supported prosthesis without the need for any bone grafting procedures, even in atrophic situations. In a short time the attendees will observe complete rehabilitation of the patient, by delivery of a highly functional and esthetic solution supported by four implants in anatomically strategic positions and angles, thus dramatically increasing the quality of life for the patient. The clinicians will highlight surgical protocol and key aspects to consider during surgery. This course is intended for clinicians with experience in implant dentistry.

Optimal treatment solution for the edentulous patient. Using software to plan 3D navigation cases for the All-on-4® treatment concept

Jun 26, 2021
Las Vegas, NV, US
Dr Ken Parrish
Navigated technology has demonstrated the predictability of static guides without many of the challenges/limitations. Threedimensional navigated implant placement offers much more than routine surgical accuracy and precision. The intuitive software interface makes planning rapid and simple. Patientsatisfying immediacy can then become a realistic routine option. The plan should also be used for education as it allows patients to see their specific condition and appreciate anatomic risks as a necessary prerequisite for informed consent. Just as importantly, demonstrating the technology to the patient is a great practice builder. Educated patients expect to see technology-driven practices and are more likely to gain confidence and place their trust in a progressive dental practice. The All-on-4® treatment concept offers a viable and cost-effective implantbased solution for edentulous jaws that produces immediate patient satisfaction. This course will present a surgical and prosthetic overview of the All-on-4® treatment concept, using software to plan 3D navigation during the surgery, as well as: – Proven alternatives to grafts and sinus lifts. – Affordable screw-retained prostheses. – Shortened treatment time leading to greater patient acceptance. - Background and clinical results. – Patient selection—indications and contraindications. – Pretreatment procedures. – Surgical protocols and review (video). – Prosthetic protocols and considerations. – Prosthodontic rehabilitation options: - NobelProcera® Implant Bridge - NobelProcera® Wrap-Around - CM-Bridge – Medication protocol/maintenance protocol. – Laboratory procedures. – Complications. – The All-on-4® treatment concept as a business.
