Tilted Implants: dalla chirurgia alla protesi
Full arch restorations: Cadaver course
The tilted implant approach has been a revolutionary technique that has changed how total implant-supported rehabilitation is done.
Increased patient comfort, time savings, cost savings, and improved esthetic outcomes are some of the advantages of these treatments in modern dentistry.
Thanks to new trans-sinusal and trans-crestal implant placement methods, it is possible to avoid bone grafting and take advantage of residual bone by tilting the implants not only in the meso-distal but also in the palato-vestibular direction.
During this course, you will learn how to provide immediate aesthetic rehabilitation a few hours after surgery ensuring immediate loading in every situation.
Techniques for managing and improving the appearance of perioral soft tissues with injectables (fillers and botulinum toxin) will also be presented.
Through the dissection of anatomical preparations, the anatomy of the face and facial aging will be evaluated in detail, identifying anatomical areas of 'interest and respect for treatments and areas of attention.
Number of participants: 10-15.
Participation fee: EUR 4,000. –excl. 22% VAT (3,000.- for participants of the Basic or Advanced course)

Peri-implant soft tissue augmentation: when, why and how
Many dental implants can present esthetic or functional alterations in the soft tissue morphology and texture that jeopardize the success rate of the therapy.
The quality, quantity, and thickness of the peri-implant soft tissue are critical to achieving biomimetics, pink esthetics, and long-lasting results.
It has been reported that about one-third of the inserted implants may then require a connective tissue graft to achieve a good esthetic outcome. However, this approach could be considered too invasive when multiple implants need to be treated with mucogingival plastic procedures. The “Buccal Pedicle Flap”, its modifications, and novel biomaterials will be presented to boost the peri-implant mucosa without the need for invasive procedures, thus allowing the desirable mucosa volume and quality. This approach would lead to more stable tissues, no peri-implant bone loss or peri-implantitis, and ultimately higher esthetic success rate in modern implant dentistry.
