Na 36ª Edição da Formação de Implantologia, os formandos irão adquirir conhecimentos técnicos fundamentais de Implantologia tanto a nível cirúrgico, como protético.

Os formandos irão contactar diretamente com fantomas e “in vivo” com cirurgia de implantes e respetiva reabilitação protética. Irão também conhecer todos os componentes cirúrgicos do kit de implantes e como os usar.

This introduction to Implant Prosthodontics Hands-On Training Program is designed for general dentists and members of their team to learn to handle and use implant surgical and prosthodontic components. Participants will be introduced to, and use, surgical drills and all surgical components required for an appropriate surgical drilling sequence, drilling into model blocks of varying densities and placement of a dummy implant. Prosthodontic components ranging from healing abutments, temporary abutments, impression copings and overdenture solutions will be discussed and handled. You will also learn about the benefits of intra-oral scanning for the patient and clinic as well as smile design and the importance of clinical photos.  Participants practice scanning on models and each other.

Orale implantologie is niet meer weg te denken uit het aanbod van behandelingen die u als mogelijke behandeloptie aan uw patiënt kan voorleggen.

Implantologie wordt steeds belangrijker in de algemene praktijk. Doorgaans ziet de algemeen practicus wel de indicatie en is hij daarnaast ook in steeds grotere mate bereid om de prothetische suprastructuur te vervaardigen. 

Aan de hand van klinische casussen en hands-on oefeningen wordt de cursist wegwijs gemaakt vanaf de diagnostiek tot de afbehandeling van de suprastructuur.

De cursist krijgt de kans om kennis te maken met de techniek en hindernissen tijdens de definitieve afdruk. Hij zal leren om een afgewogen keuze te maken tussen de verschillende implantaatopbouwen die beschikbaar zijn. Inzicht wordt verschaft in de methode van het plaatsen en vastzetten van prothetische structuren op implantaten.

Aan het einde van de dag heeft de deelnemer voldoende bagage gekregen om in vertrouwen zijn implantaatcasus aan te vatten.

Ce module est conçu dans le but d’optimiser les résultats fonctionnels et esthétiques des prothèses implanto-portées. Il détaille l’ensemble des étapes techniques et prothétiques, dont l’objectif principal est  d’obtenir une prothèse esthétique respectueuse de la biologie des tissus environnants.

Objectifs:   

• Maitriser les différentes solutions prothétiques implantaires.
• Connaître les concept occlusaux en implantologie orale.
• Les protocoles particuliers chez l’édenté complet : prothèse type Branemark, All on Four, prothèse amovible complète supra-implantaire.
• Réussir les empreintes : matériaux, types de transferts et indications pour l’édentement unitaire et plurale.
• Comprendre et intégrer les nouvelles technologies prothétiques : CFAO, pilier ASC, Zircone.

Immediate implant placement is an appealing treatment concept as it requires minimal surgery, and it offers the possibility for instantaneous tooth replacement with a provisional implant-supported crown. However, the treatment concept needs to be well indicated and the surgical procedure is technically demanding. The purpose of this cadaver course is to provide the implantologist a step-by-step approach to arrive at a predictable outcome with immediate implants. Soft tissue augmentation procedures will also be covered in this cadaver course since these are often needed after immediate implant placement. Different harvesting techniques will be taught.
