The All-on-4® treatment concept is a highly efficient and effective solution for patients who are edentulous or facing tooth loss. This innovative approach uses four implants to support a full-arch prosthesis, which can be delivered immediately, offering patients rapid and reliable results. During 2 Days of Clinical Residence with Prof. Paulo Malo, the pioneer of the All-on-4®protocol, will guide on how the patient will have immediate function and excellent esthetics with a limited number of implants This course also introduces a variety of other cases such as zygoma, single and multiple implants through hands-on activities, live surgeries, lectures, prosthetic considerations, and clinical case discussions. Participants will have the opportunity to follow complex prosthetic cases guided by Prof. Paulo Malo, gaining practical skills and deeper clinical insight.

This comprehensive course is perfect for dentists who want to increase their knowledge and skill set in dental implant surgery.  The program will help you gain a solid foundation in the principles and techniques of implant surgery through extensive hands-on training exercises on models, suture pads, and cadavers.

The tilted implant approach has been a revolutionary technique that has changed the way total implant-supported rehabilitation is done.

Increased patient comfort, time savings, cost savings, and improved esthetic outcome are just some of the advantages brought by these treatments in modern dentistry. Thanks to new trans-sinusal and trans-crestal implant placement methods, it is possible to avoid bone grafting and take advantage of residual bone by tilting the implants not only in the mesio-distal but also in the palato-vestibular direction.

You will be able to try the original protocols with your own hands and place implants according to the Tilted Implants approach. Through surgery on anatomical preparation, it will be possible for each participant to try in real bone every rehabilitation option for atrophic jaws: All-on-4 maxillary and mandibular, Trans-Sinus, Trans-Crestal, Pterygoid and Zygomatic implants.

Learning objectives:

-Learn to perform the correct treatment option based on bone availability. 

-Learn  how to place tilted implants following the original all-on-4 and V-II-V protocol.

-Learn how to manage implant failure in total rehabilitation with tilted implants.

-Learn how to perform trans-sinus and trans-crestal implants in thin residual ridge.

-Learn how to place single and double zygomatic implants.

Synopsis

The All-on-4® concept is one of the breakthroughs in Implant Dentistry,   allowing the rehabilitation of the majority of edentulous arches without the   need of bone grafting. Today, the All-on-4® concept is up to date with the digital revolution in   implant dentistry, allowing to upgrade surgical and prosthodontic protocols   following a full digital workflow. In this 3-day course, the participants will   gain knowledge on the analogical workflow, the digital approach through 3D   navigated surgery, and the digital workflow with the use of stackable guides;   representing the basis and state-of-the-art approaches to how the   contemporary All-on-4® concept is performed.
