El protocolo All-on-4 revolucionó el tratamiento de maxilares edéntulos hace 25 años. Este curso profundiza en las técnicas de Cirugía Guiada y Navegada, herramientas que hacen los tratamientos implantológicos más rápidos y precisos.

Este curso está dirigido a los profesionales que quieran profundizar en estas técnicas para implementarlas en su práctica diaria y ofrecer excelencia odontológica en sus clínicas. 

Se conocerán las técnicas de menos a más ofreciéndose 2 niveles:

• Nivel Básico: Para aquellos doctores que quieran iniciarse en la implantología por ordenador, cirugía guiada y/o navegada para edentulismo total o parcial.
• Nivel avanzado: Para aquellos doctores con experiencia en cirugía guiada y/o navegada que desean ampliar a una formación inmesrsiva en ambas técnicas así como en la fusión de ambas para edentulismo total o quieran adquirir conocimientos para realizar la técnica All-on-4 con un enfoque digital.

Core 1: Implant Treatment Planning and Restorations - Dr. Faraj Edher

This 3-day program (30 CE) delivers a comprehensive understanding of the principles of oral implantology, treatment planning, and restoring implants. You will leave this program with the ability to comfortably select the proper implant components, make provisional implant restorations, take implant impressions, and restore implants with definitive prostheses. Our program is evidence based, with a focus on practical tips and tricks, and hands-on training, to allow you to provide implant therapy in your office.

Core 2: Implant Surgery & Restoratively Driven Treatment - Dr. Bobby Birdi

This 3-day program (30 CE) delivers a comprehensive understanding of the principles of oral implantology, surgical placement, flap design, suturing, and soft tissue management. You will leave this program with the ability to comfortably treatment plan cases and surgically place implants. Our program is evidence based, with a focus on learning practical tips and tricks, and hands-on training, to allow you to provide effective implant therapy to your patients.

Core 3: Atraumatic Extraction & Bone Grafting - Dr. Ron Zokol

This 3-day program (30 CE) delivers a comprehensive understanding of the principles of atraumatic extraction, bone grafting, and immediate dental implant placement. We discuss the different bone grafting and membrane materials and techniques. You will leave this program with the ability to comfortably select cases for immediate extraction, grafting, and implant placement. Our program is evidence based, with a focus on learning practical tips and tricks, and hands-on training, to allow you to provide effective and efficient implant therapy to your patients.

Core 4: PRF Workshop & Live-Patient Implant Surgery Program - Dr. Ron Zokol

The first day of this 3-day program focuses on the science and protocols of utilizing PRF and PRP in different clinical applications. Venipuncture is taught by a highly experienced phlebotomy instructor. The remaining two days will be spent treating patients under the supervision of an experience DDI faculty member. Participants will apply their previous didactic and hands-on training, such as atraumatic extractions, implant placement, bone grafting, suturing, and much more. Our participants all agree that there is no better way to start placing implants routinely, than to complete the first few cases done with the supervision of an expert.

Designed for smaller groups, this observation program will allow you to follow in detail the daily work and surgical schedule of MALO CLINIC Clinical team with a key focus on high skilled cases as well as on the combination of the All-on-4® surgical protocol with the use of zygoma implants; for severely atrophic maxillae, this procedure is complemented with extra-maxillary anchored implants - Hybrid and Double-Zygoma approaches - which treatment planning and placement will be covered in detail during this training session.

El concepto de tratamiento All-on-4® ofrece a los pacientes edéntulos y potencialmente edéntulos una prótesis de arcada completa sobre cuatro implantes el día de la cirugía consiguiendo así pacientes satisfechos con respecto a la función, la estética, los sentidos, el habla y la autoestima. En este curso se revisarán las ventajas de estos protocolos para el paciente y el cirujano, como mayor previsibilidad y seguridad, y se revisará el procedimiento paso a paso incluyendo la parte protésica.

Esta conferencia explorará un enfoque sistemático para la rehabilitación con implantes en zonas estéticas, comenzando con la identificación de la posición del borde incisal del incisivo central superior.

A través de una evaluación de las proporciones dentales, se determinará el margen gingival libre ideal futuro. Al localizar este margen y compararlo con la situación clínica actual, se identificarán diversas técnicas para garantizar un enfoque predecible desde el punto de vista protésico-quirúrgico.

La conferencia presentará casos paso a paso, abordando la colocación ideal de implantes, el diseño del colgajo quirúrgico y la gestión de los tejidos duros y blandos en diferentes escenarios clínicos, incluyendo la regeneración vertical. Designed for those that want to broaden their experience in implant dentistry on total edentulous patients, including Zygoma cases, this training covers the All-on-4® surgical protocol in detail concentrating on all existing approaches – Standard, Hybrid and Double-Zygoma – offering participants a comprehensive training that will allow them to gain the skills and know-how to successfully rehabilitate atrophic mandibles/maxillae as well as severely resorbed maxillae in just a few hours,

The All-on-4® concept is one of the breakthroughs in Implant Dentistry, allowing the rehabilitation of the majority of edentulous arches without the need of bone grafting. The All-on-4® concept is backed up by more than 20 years of clinical research with excellent long-term results.

This small group comprehensive 2-Day program focuses on the merits of embracing immediate implant placement as a patient centered implant prosthodontic treatment solution. Through a series of live and previously recorded surgeries, formal presentations, group discussions and hands-on training, dental teams will become familiar with the merits of immediate placement protocols for both the single tooth and full arch solutions. Particular emphasis will be placed on how best to have the entire team embrace and advocate for immediate implant placement protocols to be adopted in dental practices.
