Genesis: Immediate Implant Protocols
This small group comprehensive 2-Day program focuses on the merits of embracing Immediacy as a patient centered implant prosthodontic treatment solution. Through a series of live and previously recorded surgeries, formal presentations, group discussions and hands-on training, dental teams will become familiar with the merits of Immediacy Protocols for both the single tooth and full arch solutions. Particular emphasis will be placed on how best to have the entire team embrace and advocate for Immediacy Protocols to be adopted in dental practices.

Digital All-on-4®
All-on-4® surgical protocol and Malo bridge
2 Days of Clinical Residence with Prof. Paulo Malo, doing All-on-4® cases, Zygoma cases and single as well multiple implants in complex cases. Introduction to different techniques and new products: Hands-on, live surgery, lectures, prosthetics considerations and clinical case discussions. Follow complex prosthetic cases with the Malo Dental team.
The All-on-4® treatment concept is a highly efficient and effective solution for patients who are edentulous or facing tooth loss. This innovative approach uses four implants to support a full-arch prosthesis, which can be delivered immediately, offering patients rapid and reliable results. During 2 Days of Clinical Residence with Prof. Paulo Malo, the pioneer of the All-on-4®protocol, will guide on how the patient will have immediate function and excellent esthetics with a limited number of implants This course also introduces a variety of other cases such as zygoma, single and multiple implants through hands-on activities, live surgeries, lectures, prosthetic considerations, and clinical case discussions. Participants will have the opportunity to follow complex prosthetic cases guided by Prof. Paulo Malo, gaining practical skills and deeper clinical insight.
Learning outcomes:
- Explore different techniques and new products through hands-on activities, live surgeries, and in-depth lectures.
- Gain insight into prosthetic considerations by following complex clinical cases with the expert team.
- Understand the application of advanced surgical and prosthetic protocols in patient care.
- Participate in clinical case discussions to enhance decision-making and treatment planning skills.

3 Day Live Surgical Sinus Lift Course
The resorption of the posterior maxilla impacts the ability to place implants in most patients and will prevent patient satisfaction and an improvement in their quality of life. Implementing the sinus lift technique for your practice will allow more patients to experience dental implants and the benefits they provide.
This 3-Day Live Surgical Sinus Lift Training contains two full days of live surgical training each dentist will perform on average four lateral window sinus lifts. Attending dentists will become familiar with the instrumentation and W&H Piezo Surgical Console.
DDI - Advanced Soft Tissue Management around Teeth & Implants

This course is designed for general practitioners and interested clinicians to provide them with the essential knowledge and hands-on experience needed to improve patient outcomes in soft tissue management around teeth and implants.
Learning objectives:
- Accurately diagnose mucogingival defects, understand their etiologies, and explore the science behind soft tissue management.
- Development of a decision-making framework for soft tissue management around teeth and implants.
- Learning flap design and management of recipient sites for single or multiple tooth recessions.
- Learning harvesting techniques of donor sites including free gingival grafts and various techniques for connective tissue grafts.
- Compare autogenous tissues with biomaterials used as alternatives in soft tissue management.
- Refine advanced suturing techniques to improve clinical outcomes in soft tissue surgeries.
- Understand strategies for preventing and managing complications following soft tissue procedures.
- Hands-On Training: A two-day hands-on workshop utilizing pig jaws to practice:
- Free gingival graft and connective tissue graft techniques
- Advanced suturing techniques
Genesis: 2 Day Oral Surgery Skills Course for General Practitioners
This 2 day didactic and hands-on program is for the GP who wants to improve their fundamental surgical skill set. Participants will be able to experience a wide variety of
surgical procedures typically seen in a GP office, but the emphasis will be on developing effective clinical skills in flaps, suturing and extractions.
This course is limited attendance with a low instructor to student ratio and will take place in our simulation lab where you will learn on phantom heads, special dental models, and pig mandibles.
Learning Objectives
- Effectively assess patient and procedural risks
- Develop proficiency in the selection and use of surgical instruments
- Learn and apply surgical approaches to minimize tissue traumaManage
- Recognize and manage complications
Simulation lab experience will include:
- Flap design
- Suturing (interrupted, continuous locking, figure of 8)
- Biopsy techniques
- Simple extractions (forceps and elevators)
- Surgical extractions (bone and soft tissue sparing)
- Impactions (lower mesio-angular and horizontal)
- Root removal
- Incision and Drainage (drain placement)
- Oral-antral penetration repair (sliding flaps)
- Tongue and lip tie revision

Next generation prosthetics and implantology
An ideal treatment plan requires thorough esthetic, functional, and structural analysis, supported by radiographic and digital examinations. Necessary adjustments to optimize teeth and soft tissues are transferred to the technician to create a wax-up and a diagnostic/functional mock-up. With 3D technology, it is now possible to create a patient “avatar,” enhancing diagnosis, planning, communication, and interdisciplinary workflows — applicable to both esthetic cases and complex full-arch rehabilitations. In implant therapy, diagnosis and treatment planning is still more demanding due to the critical aspect of the soft tissue contour and volume.
The success of implant-supported prostheses depends on optimal integration of all interfaces prosthetic, esthetic, soft tissue, and bone — through well-chosen surgical and restorative protocols. A solid grasp of biological principles and proper material selection are essential for achieving a stable mucosal seal and natural esthetic outcomes. Perfect esthetic integration relies on three pillars: diagnosis and prosthetic planning, proper management of the bone compartment, and careful handling of the supracrestal soft tissue compartment. The latter, increasingly important in modern implantology, is critical for avoiding complications and major esthetic defects.
Safe treatment in esthetic zones begins with thorough evaluation and selection of the most suitable surgical-prosthetic strategy. Finalization requires in-depth knowledge of restorative materials to replicate in the definitive prosthesis all the features tested in provisionals. Close collaboration with the lab and the use of digital workflows improve quality and efficiency. Cementation — especially adhesive protocols — is a critical phase, with specific guidelines for glass ceramics and zirconia. New ceramic materials and adhesive techniques have reshaped restorative dentistry, promoting minimally invasive preparations that preserve enamel and tooth structure.
Digital workflows, including intraoral scanning, integrate these solutions seamlessly. Managing provisional restorations and accurately transferring esthetic and functional parameters to the lab are key steps. During this week-long course, all these aspects will be thoroughly explored from both a scientific and clinical perspective, with a strong practical approach to enable immediate application of the illustrated protocols. Ample attention will be devoted to the latest advancements in fixed prosthodontics and interdisciplinary protocols, with the aim of optimizing prognosis and the integration of the prosthetic restoration.
