Synopsis

Designed for smaller groups, this observation program will allow you to follow in detail the daily work and surgical schedule of MALO CLINIC clinical team with a key focus on high skilled cases as well as on the combination of the All-on-4® surgical protocol with the use of zygoma implants; for severely atrophic maxillae, this procedure is complemented with extra-maxillary anchored implants – hybrid and double-zygoma approaches – which treatment planning and placement will be covered in detail during this training session. 

During this program not only will you get the chance to follow several different procedures at the operating room including live zygoma surgery, as you will also have the opportunity to extensively discuss the All-on-4® protocol hybrid and double-zygoma approaches with our clinical team that will take you through all the relevant aspects, from patient selection to treatment planning, and anatomic and imaging considerations, all the way through to the fitting of the immediate and final prostheses. 

These approaches will also both be covered at a hands-on session. The zygoma clinical residency program will allow you to gain the skills and know-how to successfully rehabilitate severely resorbed maxillae in just a few hours using the MALO CLINIC protocol and is complemented by a mentorship program to support you on your first cases. We also encourage you to bring your own cases for discussion and treatment planning.

Cours spécialisé sur le traitement de l’édenté complet en 100% numérique permettant aux participants d’acquérir les compétences nécessaires pour intégrer les solutions digitales de Nobel Biocare dans leurs pratiques quotidiennes. L'objectif étant d'améliorer la communication et l'efficacité entre les différentes parties prenantes.

• Présentation du concept All-on-4® ainsi que de ses principales étapes en 100% numérique,
• Une approche collaborative et anticipative entre le laboratoire et le cabinet dentaire dans le traitement de cas d’édentement complet,
• Compréhension des différentes étapes du flux numérique dans le traitement d’édentement partiel/complet de la collecte des données à la réalisation de la prothèse définitive,
• Compréhension et focalisation sur les différents modes opératoires et protocoles de chirurgie pour la finalisation des étapes du provisoire,
• Description des différentes technologies de prise d’empreinte implantaire, du scanner intraoral à la photogrammétrie standard et naviguée,
• Appréhender les différents flux post-chirurgical au travers de la plateforme logicielle DTX Studio & Exocad

Synopsis

MALO CLINIC Education has created a program that provides the participant   with a unique opportunity to understand all surgical alternatives to perform   a standard All-on-4® Concept.

The All-on-4® concept is one of the breakthroughs in Implant Dentistry,   allowing the rehabilitation of the majority of edentulous arches without the   need of bone grafting. Created at MALO CLINIC, the All-on-4® concept it is   backed up by more than 20 years of clinical research with excellent long-term   results.

Today, the All-on-4® concept is up to date with the digital revolution in   implant dentistry, allowing to upgrade surgical and prosthodontic protocols   following a full digital workflow. In this 3-day course, the participants will   gain knowledge on the analogical workflow, the digital approach through 3D   navigated surgery, and the digital workflow with the use of stackable guides;   representing the basis and state-of-the-art approaches to how the   contemporary All-on-4® concept is performed. It includes 3 live surgeries,   backed up by theory, featuring live demonstrations or hands-on from planning   to surgery and hands-on in implant placement (one for each approach)!

• Live placement of immediate prosthesis

Flapless immediate implant placement and provisionalization (FIIPP) is a modern treatment method characterized by fast time-to-teeth, less surgical interventions with equal or better prosthetic results and an improved patient acceptance.  

In this course, we will take you through each step of the FIIPP protocol from diagnosis over treatment planning to surgical and prosthetic protocols. We will demonstrate the methods that can optimize predictable, long-term treatment success. Amongst the topics covered are the One abutment one time concept, the use of the N1 Base, and other Nobel Biocare products.

• Understand the relevant diagnostic tools

• Understand the application of the planning and surgical protocol
