День 1. Лекционная часть

1. Диагностический максимум: первичная консультация, Rg-диагностика, фотопротокол, сбор анамнеза. Пациенты с дисфункциями ВНЧС особенности работы.

2. Первичный анализ: междисциплинарное

взаимодействие: врач ортопед-хирург-зубной техник-смежные специалисты.

3. Выбор временной конструкции - ортопедический и технический этапы.

4. Изготовление диагностических и хирургических шаблонов (DTX Studio™ Implant).

5. Аналоговый и цифровой постоперационный протокол временного протезирования Аll-on-4®, на 6, 8 имплантатах. Работа с искусственной десной и без.

День 1. Практическая часть 

В ходе практической части будет реализован:

Перевод перичного шаблона для перебазировки в армированный временный фиксированный протез с использованием TiReBar

Демонстрация временного постоперационного протезирования в протоколах без искусственной десны

День 2. Лекционная часть

Изготовление постоянного протеза All-on-4®, на 6, на 8 имплантатах:

. виды конечных работ;

. методика работы гипсом;

. цифровые оттиски;

. объем передаваемой информации зубному технику;

. разбор клинических случаев.

Использование DSD для коммуникации между пациентом и зубным техником.

День 2. Техническая часть

. снятие аналоговых оттисков гипсом;

. снятие цифровых оттисков с использованием внутриротового сканера;

. регистрация RP с использованием Hardwax;

. работа с лицевыми дугами.

День 2. Практическая часть

Демонстрация на пациенте:

1. Изготовление постоянной конструкции.

2. Подготовка и моделировка балок Procera Bar, Procera Bridge под

керамические и композитные реставрации. Демонстрация вариантов облицовок балок.

3. Индивидуализация десны композитным материалом Nexco Paste.

This course highlights the critical role of peri-implant tissue management in achieving successful outcomes for implant treatments. Participants will learn to identify key indicators of bone and soft tissue health and explore advanced surgical techniques. The course covers detailed training on soft and hard tissue management, insights into the "Buccal Pedicle Flap" procedure, how to ensure mucosa integration, soft tissue sealing, and deep dive on complication management.

By the end, participants will have the skills to perform guided bone regeneration, soft tissue grafts as well as to manage peri-implant soft tissue issues effectively.

Introduction to different techniques and new products: Hands-on, live surgery, lectures, prosthetics considerations and clinical case discussions. Follow complex prosthetic cases with the Malo Dental team.

The All-on-4® treatment concept is a highly efficient and effective solution for patients who are edentulous or facing tooth loss. This innovative approach uses four implants to support a full-arch prosthesis, which can be delivered immediately, offering patients rapid and reliable results. This small group comprehensive 2-Day program focuses on the merits of embracing Immediacy as a patient centered implant prosthodontic treatment solution. Through a series of live and previously recorded surgeries, formal presentations, group discussions and hands-on training, dental teams will become familiar with the merits of Immediacy Protocols for both the single tooth and full arch solutions.
