Flapless immediate implant placement and provisionalization (FIIPP) is a modern treatment method characterized by fast time-to-teeth, less surgical interventions with equal or better prosthetic results and an improved patient acceptance.  

In this course, we will take you through each step of the FIIPP protocol from diagnosis over treatment planning to surgical and prosthetic protocols. We will demonstrate the methods that can optimize predictable, long-term treatment success. Amongst the topics covered are the One abutment one time concept, the use of the N1 Base, and other Nobel Biocare products.

This 3-day program (30 CE) delivers a comprehensive understanding of the principles of atraumatic extraction, bone grafting, and immediate dental implant placement. We discuss the different bone grafting and membrane materials and techniques. You will leave this program with the ability to comfortably select cases for immediate extraction, grafting, and implant placement. This course highlights the critical role of peri-implant tissue management in achieving successful outcomes for implant treatments. Participants will learn to identify key indicators of bone and soft tissue health and explore advanced surgical techniques. The course covers detailed training on soft and hard tissue management, insights into the "Buccal Pedicle Flap" procedure, how to ensure mucosa integration, soft tissue sealing, and deep dive on complication management.

By the end, participants will have the skills to perform guided bone regeneration, soft tissue grafts as well as to manage peri-implant soft tissue issues effectively.

The All-on-4® treatment concept is a highly efficient and effective solution for patients who are edentulous or facing tooth loss. This innovative approach uses four implants to support a full-arch prosthesis, which can be delivered immediately, offering patients rapid and reliable results. During 2 Days of Clinical Residence with Prof. Paulo Malo, the pioneer of the All-on-4®protocol, will guide on how the patient will have immediate function and excellent esthetics with a limited number of implants This course also introduces a variety of other cases such as zygoma, single and multiple implants through hands-on activities, live surgeries, lectures, prosthetic considerations, and clinical case discussions. Participants will have the opportunity to follow complex prosthetic cases guided by Prof. Paulo Malo, gaining practical skills and deeper clinical insight.
