The All-on-4® treatment concept is a highly efficient and effective solution for patients who are edentulous or facing tooth loss. This innovative approach uses four implants to support a full-arch prosthesis, which can be delivered immediately, offering patients rapid and reliable results. During 2 Days of Clinical Residence with Prof. Paulo Malo, the pioneer of the All-on-4®protocol, will guide on how the patient will have immediate function and excellent esthetics with a limited number of implants This course also introduces a variety of other cases such as zygoma, single and multiple implants through hands-on activities, live surgeries, lectures, prosthetic considerations, and clinical case discussions. Participants will learn from the basic tools to the latest advancements in digital implant dentistry. Streamlined clinical and digital workflows will be presented to increase efficiency and clinical outcomes. All the secrets of static guided surgery and X-Guide dynamic navigation will be unveiled to discern when and how to use the different surgThis interactive course is structured to provide step-by-step training at a very personal level. The DTX Studio™ Clinic, DTX Studio™ Implant and DTX Studio™ Lab software will be presented, explaining how to simplify the digital workflow for predictable guided immediate implant placement and immediate loading. The digital implant planning rules for anterior, posterior and full arch cases will be reviewed and updated to achieve biological, functional and esthetic success. The attendees will improve their own confidence and skills with digital planning through immersive software hands-on.

Indications and limitations of the static and dynamic guided surgery will be reviewed and discussed, from simple flapless to advanced procedures, including digital assisted soft tissue sculpturing (DASS Technique), Guided Socket Shield protocols and X-Act Teeth. Special emphasis will be given to interdisciplinary digitally assisted treatment planning and final aesthetics in the different clinical scenarios.

This course is designed for clinicians seeking to develop and/or enhance their skills performing soft and hard tissue regeneration procedures: Advanced techniques in bone and soft tissue regeneration, combining in-depth theory with hands-on and live surgery. Gain cutting-edge knowledge and practical skills in vertical and horizontal bone augmentation, sausage technique™ and soft tissue augmentation techniques to enhance your clinical outcomes in regenerative dentistry.

The objective of this 3 days course, is to provide the attendees with a deep theoretical knowledge but more important with a deep hands-on experience on the management of implants in the esthetic zone in order to achieve the best esthetic results.

In this course one live surgery will be performed by Dr. Gamborena placing an implant in the esthetic zone either immediate or staged. 4 Attendees will learn to harvest tissue for connective tissue grafts as well as different suturing techniques. A prosthetic and a surgical hands-on workshop will be performed by the attendees in order to have a global experience in this type of high advance implant esthetic courses.
