The All-on-4® treatment concept is a highly efficient and effective solution for patients who are edentulous or facing tooth loss. This innovative approach uses four implants to support a full-arch prosthesis, which can be delivered immediately, offering patients rapid and reliable results. During 2 Days of Clinical Residence with Prof. Paulo Malo, the pioneer of the All-on-4®protocol, will guide on how the patient will have immediate function and excellent esthetics with a limited number of implants This course also introduces a variety of other cases such as zygoma, single and multiple implants through hands-on activities, live surgeries, lectures, prosthetic considerations, and clinical case discussions. Participants will have the opportunity to follow complex prosthetic cases guided by Prof. Paulo Malo, gaining practical skills and deeper clinical insight.

This small group comprehensive 2-Day program focuses on the merits of embracing Immediacy as a patient centered implant prosthodontic treatment solution. Through a series of live and previously recorded surgeries, formal presentations, group discussions and hands-on training, dental teams will become familiar with the merits of Immediacy Protocols for both the single tooth and full arch solutions. This trainning course combines theoretical and practical content in which the student will acquire the knowledge and confidence necessary to perform zygomatic implant surgeries.

This course highlights the critical role of peri-implant tissue management in achieving successful outcomes for implant treatments. Participants will learn to identify key indicators of bone and soft tissue health and explore advanced surgical techniques. The course covers detailed training on soft and hard tissue management, insights into the "Buccal Pedicle Flap" procedure, how to ensure mucosa integration, soft tissue sealing, and deep dive on complication management.

By the end, participants will have the skills to perform guided bone regeneration, soft tissue grafts as well as to manage peri-implant soft tissue issues effectively.

The All-on-4 Treatment Concept Cadaver Program is a 3-day course designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the All-on-4 treatment and complex edentulous treatment with use of Zygomatic implants. The course is recommended for licensed dentists with advanced oral and implant surgical experience. It includes didactic and hands-on training, as well as a cadaver workshop. Participants will treat an upper and lower arch. The course is led by expert instructors Dr. Lydia Lim and Dr. Larry Benge. Successful participants will receive 21 CPD Credits.

Learning outcomes

• Comprehensive case selection, diagnostics, and digital treatment planning.
• Addressing complex anatomical challenges and optimizing implant angulation.
• Protocols for immediate implant placement and loading, utilising both guided and freehand techniques.
• Surgical approaches for managing the Atrophic Maxilla, including considerations for Zygomatic implants.
• Designing and delivering provisional and final full-arch prostheses using CAD/CAM and conventional methods.
• Strategies for risk management, troubleshooting, and long-term follow-up.
• Seamless integration of a full digital workflow from planning to delivery.

Flapless immediate implant placement and provisionalization (FIIPP) is a modern treatment method characterized by fast time-to-teeth, less surgical interventions with equal or better prosthetic results and better patient acceptance. 

In this course, they will take you through each step of FIIPP, from diagnosis, treatment planning, and surgical and prosthetic protocols, demonstrating the methods that can optimize predictable, long-term success.
