Synopsis

The All-on-4® concept is an innovative surgical procedure for the rehabilitation of edentulous jaws focusing entirely on the patient. By taking advantage of the dense bone available in the anterior maxilla and between the mandibular foramina, this widely applicable surgical technique allows the treatment of a significantly greater number of patients, while avoiding the need for complex, time consuming and often debilitating bone grafting procedures.

An important aspect of the long-term success of the All-on-4® concept is the full-arch implant-supported dental prosthetics. There are several options for both the immediate provisional and the definitive prosthesis with the ensemble of different materials in the infrastructure, the artificial gingiva and the crowns, each option with its own advantages and disadvantages that warrant discussion. Some examples include the MALO CLINIC ceramic bridge, the MALO CLINIC acrylic bridge, the MALO CLINIC PEEK-acrylic bridge.

The presentations by MALO CLINIC will focus on the laboratory process, clinical outcomes and scientific research using different materials in full-arch implant supported prostheses (including zygomatic implants). During these two days, the MALO CLINIC clinical team pioneer of the All-on-4® concept will demonstrate how to achieve immediate function, excellent esthetics and predictable long-term success through state-of-the-art protocols including, surgery, prosthodontics, and maintenance. In this prosthodontic clinical residency, the participant will have the opportunity to watch live surgery, perform prosthodontic hands-on and take advantage of a prosthetic mentorship, watching live patient treatments/appointments and discussing the cases.

This course is targeted to oral surgeons, prosthodontists, or dental laboratory technicians that want to stay up to date with the latest protocols related to the All-on-4® concept.

Streamlined clinical and digital workflows will be presented to increase efficiency and clinical outcomes. All the secrets of static guided surgery and X-Guide dynamic navigation will be unveiled to discern when and how to use the different surgical options, including the review of the current CBCT, IOS and Face scanning technologies.

The DTX Studio™ Clinic, DTX Studio™ Implant and DTX Studio™ Lab software will be presented, explaining how to simplify the digital workflow for predictable guided immediate implant placement and immediate loading. The digital implant planning rules for anterior, posterior and full arch cases will be reviewed and updated to achieve biological, functional and esthetic success. The attendees will improve their own confidence and skills with digital planning through immersive software hands-on.

Indications and limitations of the static and dynamic guided surgery will be reviewed and discussed, from simple flapless to advanced procedures, including digital assisted soft tissue sculpturing (DASS Technique), Guided Socket Shield protocols and X-Act Teeth. Special emphasis will be given to interdisciplinary digitally assisted treatment planning and final aesthetics in the different clinical scenarios.

Le programme est composé de travaux pratiques, de cours théoriques, de conférences d’experts et d’un coaching clinique personnalisé propre à PACTimplant avec trois journées de chirurgie sur patient. La 2ème année offre le complément de formation 

•  sur la gestion de la muqueuse péri implantaire,
•  les augmentations de volume osseux
•  et le perfectionnement aux nouveaux outils numériques.

 Cours théoriques et travaux pratiques permettront à chacun d’évoluer et de se perfectionner avec trois journées supplémentaires de chirurgie sur patient.  Ainsi,  PACT implant délivre maintenant 

• un total de 172 heures de formation
• sur 21 jours en deux ans, dont 6 jours de coaching clinique personnalisé.

This intensive course enables the clinicians to develop essential skills and achieve excellency in Implantology. The goal is to acquire knowledge, increase the clinical experience level, or recycle and acquire greater know how, through intense work with patients.
