A full-immersion to a modern approach in esthetic and functional rehabilitation on teeth and implants
The aim of this course is to outline a systematic approach to prosthetic rehabilitation and help the clinician to confidently address comprehensive treatment involving bridges, crowns, veneers and onlays on natural dentition and on implants, from a single restoration to full-mouth rehabilitation. The application of systematic approach, represents, especially for complex rehabilitations, an indispensable means of achieving optimal final results, from the esthetic as well as biological and functional viewpoints. The course will also take in consideration the new digital approach to the prosthetic rehabilitation following the concept pf the “Digital Patient” able to provide the highest grade of information to obtain a predictable prosthetic result.
Learning outcome
- Feel comfortable with management of extensive and complex rehabilitations
- Feel comfortable with the treatment of challenging esthetic cases
- Ideal management of the soft tissue around teeth and implant
- Feel comfortable with immediate loading approaches in partial and full edentulous patients
- Feel comfortable with new digital treatment protocol
- New trends to idealize the bone and soft tissue integration around implant
- Increase your knowledge about the prosthetic factor in soft tissue integration around implants
- Maximizing the biological esthetic integration and the reliability of the prosthetic outcome
- Selection and management of the restorative material
- Increase your knowledge about the use of monolithic restorations in the anterior and posterior areas
- Increase your knowledge about the CAD/CAM technology

Tilted implants - Rehabilitation of atrophic jaws - Cadaver lab
The tilted implant approach has been a revolutionary technique that has changed the way total implant-supported rehabilitation is done.
Increased patient comfort, time savings, cost savings, and improved esthetic outcome are just some of the advantages brought by these treatments in modern dentistry. Thanks to new trans-sinusal and trans-crestal implant placement methods, it is possible to avoid bone grafting and take advantage of residual bone by tilting the implants not only in the mesio-distal but also in the palato-vestibular direction.
You will be able to try the original protocols with your own hands and place implants according to the Tilted Implants approach. Through surgery on anatomical preparation, it will be possible for each participant to try in real bone every rehabilitation option for atrophic jaws: All-on-4 maxillary and mandibular, Trans-Sinus, Trans-Crestal, Pterygoid and Zygomatic implants.
Learning objectives:
-Learn to perform the correct treatment option based on bone availability.
-Learn how to place tilted implants following the original all-on-4 and V-II-V protocol.
-Learn how to manage implant failure in total rehabilitation with tilted implants.
-Learn how to perform trans-sinus and trans-crestal implants in thin residual ridge.
-Learn how to place single and double zygomatic implants.

It employs case-based learning by emphasizing evidence-based learning for daily usage. Participants will learn from the basic tools to the latest advancements in digital implant dentistry. Streamlined clinical and digital workflows will be presented to increase efficiency and clinical outcomes. All the secrets of static guided surgery and X-Guide dynamic navigation will be unveiled to discern when and how to use the different surgical options, including the review of the current CBCT, IOS and Face scanning technologies.
The DTX Studio™ Clinic, DTX Studio™ Implant and DTX Studio™ Lab software will be presented, explaining how to simplify the digital workflow for predictable guided immediate implant placement and immediate loading. The digital implant planning rules for anterior, posterior and full arch cases will be reviewed and updated to achieve biological, functional and esthetic success. The attendees will improve their own confidence and skills with digital planning through immersive software hands-on.
Indications and limitations of the static and dynamic guided surgery will be reviewed and discussed, from simple flapless to advanced procedures, including digital assisted soft tissue sculpturing (DASS Technique), Guided Socket Shield protocols and X-Act Teeth. Special emphasis will be given to interdisciplinary digitally assisted treatment planning and final aesthetics in the different clinical scenarios.
Learning outcomes
- Gain an update on CBCT and IOS protocols, and extraoral stereophotogrammetry
- Identify the differences between static and dynamic guided surgery vs Dynamic Navigation Guidelines
- Apply static & dynamic virtual patient creation
- Explore all components of DTX Studio™
- Understand the digital integration of guided surgery and guided prosthetics
- Experience the digitally assisted immediate implant placement and loading in the anterior and posterior zones
From A to Z: Dr. Giorgio Tabanella's Guide to Bone and Tissue Regeneration
This course highlights the critical role of peri-implant tissue management in achieving successful outcomes for implant treatments. Participants will learn to identify key indicators of bone and soft tissue health and explore advanced surgical techniques. The course covers detailed training on soft and hard tissue management, insights into the "Buccal Pedicle Flap" procedure, how to ensure mucosa integration, soft tissue sealing, and deep dive on complication management.
By the end, participants will have the skills to perform guided bone regeneration, soft tissue grafts as well as to manage peri-implant soft tissue issues effectively.
Learning outcomes
