The objective of this 3 days course, is to provide the attendees with a deep theoretical knowledge but more important with a deep hands-on experience on the management of implants in the esthetic zone in order to achieve the best esthetic results.

In this course one live surgery will be performed by Dr. Gamborena placing an implant in the esthetic zone either immediate or staged. 4 Attendees will learn to harvest tissue for connective tissue grafts as well as different suturing techniques. A prosthetic and a surgical hands-on workshop will be performed by the attendees in order to have a global experience in this type of high advance implant esthetic courses.

Learning outcomes

• A complete validated workflow is given to replace single and multiple  teeth in the esthetic region in a fast and reliable way.
• Crucial steps that will lead to predictability and excellent esthetic outcomes by use of N1 and NobelActive implants.
• How to deal with thin biotype, preoperative recessions and bone defects? What are the benefits and pitfalls in this minimally invasive procedure?

This practical training is based on science, clinical case reports, live surgeries and hands-on training will give you the confidence to treat patients in complicated situations.

Flapless immediate implant placement and provisionalization (FIIPP) is a modern treatment method characterized by fast time-to-teeth, less surgical interventions with equal or better prosthetic results and better patient acceptance.  

In this course, they will take you through each step of FIIPP, from diagnosis, treatment planning, and surgical and prosthetic protocols, demonstrating the methods that can optimize predictable, long-term success. Amongst the topics covered are the One abutment one time concept, the use of the N1 Base, and other Nobel Biocare products.
