In questo incontro, inoltre, il partecipante potrà vedere l’efficacia del flusso digitale nelle riabilitazioni a carico immediato, dall’impronta alla realizzazione della protesi, grazie all’utilizzo di scanner intraorali e di fresatori in-house, sempre seguendo dei protocolli standardizzati e consolidati di scansione e di fresatura. The DTX Studio™ Clinic, DTX Studio™ Implant and DTX Studio™ Lab software will be presented, explaining how to simplify the digital workflow for predictable guided immediate implant placement and immediate loading. The digital implant planning rules for anterior, posterior and full arch cases will be reviewed and updated to achieve biological, functional and esthetic success. The attendees will improve their own confidence and skills with digital planning through immersive software hands-on.

Indications and limitations of the static and dynamic guided surgery will be reviewed and discussed, from simple flapless to advanced procedures, including digital assisted soft tissue sculpturing (DASS Technique), Guided Socket Shield protocols and X-Act Teeth. Special emphasis will be given to interdisciplinary digitally assisted treatment planning and final aesthetics in the different clinical scenarios.

This course highlights the critical role of peri-implant tissue management in achieving successful outcomes for implant treatments. Participants will learn to identify key indicators of bone and soft tissue health and explore advanced surgical techniques. The course covers detailed training on soft and hard tissue management, insights into the "Buccal Pedicle Flap" procedure, how to ensure mucosa integration, soft tissue sealing, and deep dive on complication management.

By the end, participants will have the skills to perform guided bone regeneration, soft tissue grafts as well as to manage peri-implant soft tissue issues effectively.
