This comprehensive course is perfect for dentists who want to increase their knowledge and skill set in dental implant surgery.  The program will help you gain a solid foundation in the principles and techniques of implant surgery through extensive hands-on training exercises on models, suture pads, and cadavers.

The tilted implant approach has been a revolutionary technique that has changed the way total implant-supported rehabilitation is done.

Increased patient comfort, time savings, cost savings, and improved esthetic outcome are just some of the advantages brought by these treatments in modern dentistry. Thanks to new trans-sinusal and trans-crestal implant placement methods, it is possible to avoid bone grafting and take advantage of residual bone by tilting the implants not only in the mesio-distal but also in the palato-vestibular direction.

You will be able to try the original protocols with your own hands and place implants according to the Tilted Implants approach. Through surgery on anatomical preparation, it will be possible for each participant to try in real bone every rehabilitation option for atrophic jaws: All-on-4 maxillary and mandibular, Trans-Sinus, Trans-Crestal, Pterygoid and Zygomatic implants.

Learning objectives:

-Learn to perform the correct treatment option based on bone availability. 

-Learn  how to place tilted implants following the original all-on-4 and V-II-V protocol.

-Learn how to manage implant failure in total rehabilitation with tilted implants.

-Learn how to perform trans-sinus and trans-crestal implants in thin residual ridge.

-Learn how to place single and double zygomatic implants.

In addition, the goal is for you to gain comfort with the procedures as outlined below. For those of you with experience in dental implants, you will gain tips and tricks from our experienced clinicians. Synopsis

MALO CLINIC Education has created a program that provides the participant   with a unique opportunity to understand all surgical alternatives to perform   a standard All-on-4® Concept.

The All-on-4® concept is one of the breakthroughs in Implant Dentistry,   allowing the rehabilitation of the majority of edentulous arches without the   need of bone grafting. Created at MALO CLINIC, the All-on-4® concept it is   backed up by more than 20 years of clinical research with excellent long-term   results.

Today, the All-on-4® concept is up to date with the digital revolution in   implant dentistry, allowing to upgrade surgical and prosthodontic protocols   following a full digital workflow. In this 3-day course, the participants will   gain knowledge on the analogical workflow, the digital approach through 3D   navigated surgery, and the digital workflow with the use of stackable guides;   representing the basis and state-of-the-art approaches to how the   contemporary All-on-4® concept is performed. It includes 3 live surgeries,   backed up by theory, featuring live demonstrations or hands-on from planning   to surgery and hands-on in implant placement (one for each approach)!

All the secrets of static guided surgery and X-Guide dynamic navigation will be unveiled to discern when and how to use the different surgThis interactive course is structured to provide step-by-step training at a very personal level. The DTX Studio™ Clinic, DTX Studio™ Implant and DTX Studio™ Lab software will be presented, explaining how to simplify the digital workflow for predictable guided immediate implant placement and immediate loading. The digital implant planning rules for anterior, posterior and full arch cases will be reviewed and updated to achieve biological, functional and esthetic success. The attendees will improve their own confidence and skills with digital planning through immersive software hands-on.

Indications and limitations of the static and dynamic guided surgery will be reviewed and discussed, from simple flapless to advanced procedures, including digital assisted soft tissue sculpturing (DASS Technique), Guided Socket Shield protocols and X-Act Teeth. Special emphasis will be given to interdisciplinary digitally assisted treatment planning and final aesthetics in the different clinical scenarios.
