Ever since Dr. Paulo Maló published the first article on the All-on-4™ protocol for implant reconstruction of the mandibular full arch in 2003, there have been significant changes in the way dental professionals managing patients for full-arch implant restoration. Initially, there were concerns regarding the use of only four implants to support a full arch fixed restoration. The dental community exercised caution, particularly when the All-on-4™ protocol was indicated for immediate loading. 

After 25 years of clinical application and extensive documentation, All-on-4™ has firmly established itself as an effective method for full arch and full mouth dental implant reconstruction, particularly in patients with limited bone volume in the posterior oral regions. 

In recent years, dentistry has been undergoing digital transformation, with the integration of a complete digital workflow into dentists' everyday practices, including dental implant treatments. 

This three-day course aims to present the long-term evidence of All-on-4™ from both literature sources and real-world experiences. Additionally, the course will demonstrate the benefits of digitalization in full-arch protocols with live procedures. This one-of-a-kind program offers implant training for those dentists who are at the intermediate level of oral implantology in their practice and are interested in increasing their skills and knowledge of All-on-4 Full Arch therapies. Participants will complete 3 Full Arches and assist in an additional 3 Full Arches during this 3 day program.

Join the Single Tooth Live Surgery on actual patients training program. This one-of-a -kind program offers implant training for those dentists who are in the beginning stages of adding oral implantology in their practice or interested in increasing their skills and receiving quality hands-on experience providing implant therapies. Participants will place 10+ implants and assist in 10+ implant surgeries.

This continuous development in computer technology and dental processing ensures new opportunities in the field of fixed prosthodontics, implantology and dental technology.

This presentation puts an emphasis on a close co-operation between prosthodontist, periodontist, implantologist and dental technician where a focus is placed on clinical and prosthetic techniques to re-create, in a two-way communication, successful outcomes. Furthermore, new concepts, trends, materials and clinical protocols will be discussed in order to provide predictable natural oral aesthetics around implants.
