Masterclass in contemporary implant dentistry “clinical excellence and management of complications in the esthetic zone”
Fundamental course focusing on immediate implant placement, delayed implant therapy and soft tissue management, as well as management of complications.
Anterior challenges - how to apply the new insights
Flapless immediate implant placement and provisionalization (FIIPP) is a modern treatment method characterized by fast time-to-teeth, less surgical interventions with equal or better prosthetic results and an improved patient acceptance.
In this course, we will take you through each step of the FIIPP protocol from diagnosis over treatment planning to surgical and prosthetic protocols. We will demonstrate the methods that can optimize predictable, long-term treatment success. Amongst the topics covered are the One abutment one time concept, the use of the N1 Base, and other Nobel Biocare products.
Learning outcomes:
- Understand the relevant diagnostic tools
- Select the optimal indication
- Understand the application of the planning and surgical protocol
- Identify the options for provisionalization
- Understand the do's and don'ts for the supra-structures
- Identify factors influencing long-term predictability and outcome
From A to Z: Dr. Giorgio Tabanella's Guide to Bone and Tissue Regeneration
This course highlights the critical role of peri-implant tissue management in achieving successful outcomes for implant treatments. Participants will learn to identify key indicators of bone and soft tissue health and explore advanced surgical techniques. The course covers detailed training on soft and hard tissue management, insights into the "Buccal Pedicle Flap" procedure, how to ensure mucosa integration, soft tissue sealing, and deep dive on complication management.
By the end, participants will have the skills to perform guided bone regeneration, soft tissue grafts as well as to manage peri-implant soft tissue issues effectively.
Learning outcomes
• Understanding the importance of peri implant tissues
• Detecting critical numbers for bone and mucosa health
• Evaluating surgical alternatives to boost peri implant tissues
• Detailed presentation of critical steps in performing «Buccal Pedicle Flap»
• Understanding mucosa integration and soft tissue sealing concepts
• Understanding how to prevent or treat complications and failures in dental medicine
• Long term stability of achieved results: When, why, how?

All-on-4® surgical protocol and Malo bridge
2 Days of Clinical Residence with Prof. Paulo Malo, doing All-on-4® cases, Zygoma cases and single as well multiple implants in complex cases. Introduction to different techniques and new products: Hands-on, live surgery, lectures, prosthetics considerations and clinical case discussions. Follow complex prosthetic cases with the Malo Dental team.
The All-on-4® treatment concept is a highly efficient and effective solution for patients who are edentulous or facing tooth loss. This innovative approach uses four implants to support a full-arch prosthesis, which can be delivered immediately, offering patients rapid and reliable results. During 2 Days of Clinical Residence with Prof. Paulo Malo, the pioneer of the All-on-4®protocol, will guide on how the patient will have immediate function and excellent esthetics with a limited number of implants This course also introduces a variety of other cases such as zygoma, single and multiple implants through hands-on activities, live surgeries, lectures, prosthetic considerations, and clinical case discussions. Participants will have the opportunity to follow complex prosthetic cases guided by Prof. Paulo Malo, gaining practical skills and deeper clinical insight.
Learning outcomes:
- Explore different techniques and new products through hands-on activities, live surgeries, and in-depth lectures.
- Gain insight into prosthetic considerations by following complex clinical cases with the expert team.
