Presenting dental treatment to patients can be uncomfortable and often quite intimidating yet is absolutely essential for the financial well-being for any dental practice. So much is depending on the outcome. Many of us have been put in this role without any formal training or guidance with little or no tools at our disposal.

This course is designed to provide an environment of education and support for team members that are asked to present treatment to patients. Best practices will be discussed and considered, as well as ways to develop in-office protocols that will maximize your chance of success.

Journée 1 – Intervention chirurgicale & Cours théoriques
(Praticiens uniquement)

• Présentation des cas cliniques
• Vidéos chirurgicales avec commentaires
• La physiopathologie des sinus maxillaires
• La préparation du patient
• Le temps par temps chirurgical et prothétique
• La biomécanique des implants zygomatiques
• Revue de littérature sur les implants zygomatiques
• Imagerie des implants zygomatiques
• La prothèse provisoire, mise en charge immédiate et prothèse d’usage des implants zygomatiques

Journée 2 – Dissections et protocoles chirurgicaux des implants zygomatiques
(Praticiens + assistantes)
Les assistantes pourront participer aux TP en binôme avec leurs praticiens ainsi qu’à un atelier “spécial assistantes” (préparation bloc opératoire & aide opératoire)

• Installation du matériel chirurgical des implants zygomatiques
• Dissections des plans superficiels et anatomie des sites des implants zygomatiques et région génienne
• TP sur modèles de cas cliniques imprimés 3D : protocole de la pose des implants zygomatiques
• TP de la chirurgie des implants zygomatiques temps par temps sur pièces anatomiques humaines : incision, décollement, forage et placement des implants
• Dissections sur pièces anatomiques
  mise en évidence des risques anatomiques : sinus maxillaire, fosse nasale, os zygomatique et muscle masséter et temporal, orbite et foramen infra orbitaire

Cette formation s’adresse aux assistant(es) dont le rôle est essentiel au cabinet d’implantologie.
La multiplicité des tâches demande une grande expertise dans différents domaines qui sont en perpétuelle évolution : les connaissances fondamentales et les techniques en chirurgie et prothèse.
Fort de ses 20 ans d’expérience, Sapo Implant propose un programme de formation de qualité ayant pour objectif d’actualiser et/ou de développer les compétences des assistant(es) dentaires au cabinet d’implantologie. Cet enseignement sera assumé par une équipe pédagogique composée d’assistantes dentaires expérimentées.

Des grands thèmes seront abordés :

• De la chaîne d’asepsie à la connaissance de la chaîne numérique.
• Les rapports avec les laboratoires de prothèse et les fournisseurs pour les commandes de stocks.
• Le suivi administratif et la gestion du temps au secrétariat
• De l’aide opératoire aux gestes d’urgence.

 
Une formation organisée en 2 modules de 3 jours :

• Module 1 - base fondamentale, cliniques et administratives :19 au 21 juin 2024
• Module 2 - Applications cliniques, chirurgicales et prothétiques : 17 au 19 septembre 2024

 
L’inscription à ces 2 modules est indissociable. La présence des participants à tous les modules est indispensable et obligatoire pour valider l’enseignement.

Designed for smaller groups, this observation program will allow you to follow in detail the daily work and surgical schedule of MALO CLINIC Clinical team with a key focus on high skilled cases as well as on the combination of the All-on-4® surgical protocol with the use of zygoma implants; for severely atrophic maxillae, this procedure is complemented with extra-maxillary anchored implants - Hybrid and Double-Zygoma approaches - which treatment planning and placement will be covered in detail during this training session.

Designed for those that want to broaden their experience in implant dentistry on total edentulous patients, including Zygoma cases, this training covers the All-on-4® surgical protocol in detail concentrating on all existing approaches – Standard, Hybrid and Double-Zygoma – offering participants a comprehensive training that will allow them to gain the skills and know-how to successfully rehabilitate atrophic mandibles/maxillae as well as severely resorbed maxillae in just a few hours,

La 1ère année correspondant à l’acquisition des fondamentaux est fondée sur une progressivité de la formation initiale en implantologie. Le programme est composé de travaux pratiques, de cours théoriques, de conférences d’experts et d’un coaching clinique personnalisé propre à PACTimplant avec trois journées de chirurgie sur patient. La 2ème année offre le complément de formation 

•  sur la gestion de la muqueuse péri implantaire,
•  les augmentations de volume osseux
•  et le perfectionnement aux nouveaux outils numériques.

 Cours théoriques et travaux pratiques permettront à chacun d’évoluer et de se perfectionner avec trois journées supplémentaires de chirurgie sur patient.  Ainsi,  PACT implant délivre maintenant 

• un total de 172 heures de formation
• sur 21 jours en deux ans, dont 6 jours de coaching clinique personnalisé.
