This trainning course combines theoretical and practical content in which the student will acquire the knowledge and confidence necessary to perform zygomatic implant surgeries.

День 1. Лекционная часть

1. Диагностический максимум: первичная консультация, Rg-диагностика, фотопротокол, сбор анамнеза. Пациенты с дисфункциями ВНЧС особенности работы.

2. Первичный анализ: междисциплинарное

взаимодействие: врач ортопед-хирург-зубной техник-смежные специалисты.

3. Выбор временной конструкции - ортопедический и технический этапы.

4. Изготовление диагностических и хирургических шаблонов (DTX Studio™ Implant).

5. Аналоговый и цифровой постоперационный протокол временного протезирования Аll-on-4®, на 6, 8 имплантатах. Работа с искусственной десной и без.

День 1. Практическая часть 

В ходе практической части будет реализован:

Перевод перичного шаблона для перебазировки в армированный временный фиксированный протез с использованием TiReBar

Демонстрация временного постоперационного протезирования в протоколах без искусственной десны

День 2. Лекционная часть

Изготовление постоянного протеза All-on-4®, на 6, на 8 имплантатах:

. виды конечных работ;

. методика работы гипсом;

. цифровые оттиски;

. объем передаваемой информации зубному технику;

. разбор клинических случаев.

Использование DSD для коммуникации между пациентом и зубным техником.

День 2. Техническая часть

. снятие аналоговых оттисков гипсом;

. снятие цифровых оттисков с использованием внутриротового сканера;

. регистрация RP с использованием Hardwax;

. работа с лицевыми дугами.

День 2. Практическая часть

Демонстрация на пациенте:

1. Изготовление постоянной конструкции.

2. Подготовка и моделировка балок Procera Bar, Procera Bridge под

керамические и композитные реставрации. Демонстрация вариантов облицовок балок.

3. Индивидуализация десны композитным материалом Nexco Paste.

MALO CLINIC education has created a program that provides the participant with a unique opportunity to understand all surgical alternatives to perform a standard All-on-4 concept. The all-on-4® concept is one of the breakthroughs in Implant Dentistry, allowing the rehabilitation of the majority of edentulous arches without the need of bone grafting. Created at MALO CLINIC, the all-on-4® concept it is backed up by more than 20 years of clinical research with excellent long-term results.

Today, the all-on-4® concept is up to date with the digital revolution in implant dentistry, allowing to upgrade surgical and prosthodontic protocols following a full digital workflow. This course highlights the critical role of peri-implant tissue management in achieving successful outcomes for implant treatments. Participants will learn to identify key indicators of bone and soft tissue health and explore advanced surgical techniques. The course covers detailed training on soft and hard tissue management, insights into the "Buccal Pedicle Flap" procedure, how to ensure mucosa integration, soft tissue sealing, and deep dive on complication management.

By the end, participants will have the skills to perform guided bone regeneration, soft tissue grafts as well as to manage peri-implant soft tissue issues effectively.

2 Days of Clinical Residence with Prof. Paulo Malo, doing All-on-4® cases, Zygoma cases and single as well multiple implants in complex cases. Introduction to different techniques and new products: Hands-on, live surgery, lectures, prosthetics considerations and clinical case discussions. Follow complex prosthetic cases with the Malo Dental team.

The All-on-4® treatment concept is a highly efficient and effective solution for patients who are edentulous or facing tooth loss. This innovative approach uses four implants to support a full-arch prosthesis, which can be delivered immediately, offering patients rapid and reliable results. During 2 Days of Clinical Residence with Prof. Paulo Malo, the pioneer of the All-on-4®protocol, will guide on how the patient will have immediate function and excellent esthetics with a limited number of implants This course also introduces a variety of other cases such as zygoma, single and multiple implants through hands-on activities, live surgeries, lectures, prosthetic considerations, and clinical case discussions. The All-on-4 Treatment Concept Cadaver Program is a 3-day course designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the All-on-4 treatment and complex edentulous treatment with use of Zygomatic implants. The course is recommended for licensed dentists with advanced oral and implant surgical experience. It includes didactic and hands-on training, as well as a cadaver workshop. Participants will treat an upper and lower arch. The course is led by expert instructors Dr. Lydia Lim and Dr. Larry Benge. Successful participants will receive 21 CPD Credits.
