На курсе Алексея Решетникова участники узнают о научном обосновании концепции и результатах клинических исследований, ознакомятся с пошаговым хирургическим и ортопедическим протоколом и смогут самостоятельно спланировать лечение в программном обеспечении DTX Studio Implant, а также освоят этапы протокола в ходе практики на фантомах и во время «живой» операции на пациенте.

День 1. Хирургический этап

. Ретроспективное и научное обоснование метода реабилитации All-on-4®.

. Особенности имплантатов NobelSpeedy Groovy и компонентов, используемых при проведении лечения.

. Основы принятия решений и планирования с использованием программы DTX Studio (разработка индивидуального плана лечения, а также выполнение

предварительного подбора необходимых размеров

имплантатов и вспомогательных комплектующих).

. Методика проведения операции (особенности проведения анестезии, формирования операционного доступа,

удаления зубов, формирования костного ложа, работы

с мягкими тканями на верхней и нижней челюсти, наложения швов и подбор шовного материала, определение необходимого набора инструментов для проведения операции).

. Логистика послеоперационного ведения пациентов

и медикаментозная терапия (особенности последовательности и графика посещения пациентом клиники, особенности медикаментозной терапии и послеоперационных рекомендаций, выбор тактики при ведении сложных клинических случаев).

. Использование DSD для коммуникации между пациентом и зубным техником.

День 1. Практическая часть

. Концепция NobelGuide — хирургическиe аспекты шаг

за шагом.

. Протокол TempShell и его клинические преимущества

. Сравнение навигационной (по шаблонам) и динамической хирургии.

. Выполнение планирования в программе DTX Studio

(особенности работы с программой, обзор возможностей программы, последовательность работы с файлами, особенности проведения рентгенологического

обследования для изготовления шаблона NobelGuide).

. Постановка имплантатов NobelSpeedy Groovy на фантомах (особенности протокола препарирования костного ложа в зависимости от исходных клинических условий, режим охлаждения, использование шаблона Malo для позиционирования имплантатов, особенности трехмерного позиционирования имплантатов и обеспечение условий достижения высокой первичной стабильности в зависимости от клинических условий).

. Участие в «живой» операции.

. Анализ и разбор операционной клинической ситуации.

. Участие в 1-м ортопедическом этапе (установка абатментов Multi-unit, выполнение немедленной нагрузки).

День 2. Ортопедический этап

. Особенности протезирования при методе реабилитации All-on-4® (особенности биомеханики, компоненты, материалы, виды конструкций).

. Основы принятия решений и планирование с использованием программы DTX Studio (отработка фото видео протокола, изучение рентгеновских снимков

и диагностических моделей челюстей, определение

ключевых точек для изготовления прототипа будущего

протеза).

. Методика снятия оттисков и регистрации центрального

соотношения челюстей (подбор оттискного матери-

ала, изготовление индивидуальной оттискной ложки,

особенности контроля и оценки качества выполнения

оттиска). Особенности немедленной нагрузки (выбор

дизайна временного протеза, материалы и методы,

методы клинической и лабораторной перебазировки

протеза).

. Особенности несъемного протезирования (логистика,

вид конструкции, особенности конструкции, подбор

материалов в сложных клинических ситуациях, последующее амбулаторное наблюдение пациентов).

День 2. Практическая часть

. Выполнение планирования в программе DTX Studio (особенности работы с программой, обзор возможностей, последовательность работы с файлами, особенности проведения рентгенологического обследования для изготовления шаблона NobelGuide, подбор ортопедических компонентов при планировании).

. Выполнение оттисков и немедленной нагрузки на фан-

томах с обзором необходимых материалов и инструментов (оценка качества прилегания временного протеза и его контакта с мягкими тканями, восстановления правильной поддержки мягких тканей лица).

. Участие в снятии оттисков и определении центрального соотношения челюстей у пациента (определение наиболее важных ориентиров и исходного положения нижней челюсти, способы регистрации и контроля, необходимые компоненты и материалы, регистрация центрального соотношения в сложных клинических ситуациях).

. Анализ клинической ситуации пациента.

. Планирование и оценка особенностей окончательного

протеза (контроль качества изготовления конструкций,

особенности взаимодействия с лабораторией, оценка

прилегания протеза и его контакта с мягкими тканями).

El concepto de tratamiento All-on-4® ofrece a los pacientes edéntulos y potencialmente edéntulos una prótesis de arcada completa sobre cuatro implantes el día de la cirugía consiguiendo así pacientes satisfechos con respecto a la función, la estética, los sentidos, el habla y la autoestima. Además, el concepto de tratamiento All-on-4® se puede combinar con un protocolo quirúrgico guiado.
