Prof. Paulo Malo

Prof. Malo received his dental degree from the Faculty of Dental Medicine at theUniversity of Lisbon in 1989. He founded the MALO CLINIC in 1995 where hedeveloped the MALO CLINIC Protocol (surgical techniques and innovative productssuch as the All-on-4® treatment concept, a new Zygoma implant and protocol, theNobelSpeedy implant and the advanced technical solution MALO CLINIC BRIDGE),recognized worldwide by the dental and medical community as setting a newstandard in Fixed Oral Rehabilitation. Prof. Malo is a visiting professor at severaluniversities, has published numerous scientific journal articles and is co-author ofseveral textbooks. Prof. Malo lectures regularly at international conferences and hasalso received several distinctions and awards for his medical/dental breakthroughand his management, leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

Dr. Chandur Wadhwani

Dr. Wadhwani received his undergraduate and dental degrees from the University College London School of Dentistry. He lectured at the dental school as a parttime clinical lecturer in the restoration department for many years. He received his specialty certificate in prosthodontics as well as a master’s degree from the University of Washington School of Dentistry. Dr. Wadhwani is an affiliate instructor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Washington, past president of the Washington State Society of Prosthodontists, and past president of the Tucker 60th Study Club.

Dr. Wadhwani is primary author of several publications in peer-reviewed dental journals and is involved in several aspects of implant research with the University of Washington, lecturing nationally and internationally. He has written the first ever evidence based text book dedicated to implant cementation to help clinicians as they work on implants.

Dr. Bernard Touati

Dr. Bernard Touati is a doctor in dental surgery and in dental sciences (DDS-MS).He is visiting professor at Hadassah Faculty of Dental Medicine in Jerusalem.Dr. Touati is the Past President of the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry.He is also a member of the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry, and theAmerican Academy of Esthetic Dentistry. Currently Dr. Touati is board member ofthe Foundation for Oral Rehabiliation (FOR). He was the editor-in-chiefof “PracticalProcedures and Aesthetic Dentistry” (USA). Dr. Touati is author of numerouspublications and books; the most recent being “Integration of Digital CeramicRestorations” (Montage Media, USA, 2009).

Dr. Roland Glauser

Dr. Roland Glauser graduated from University of Zürich and was from 1997 to 2006 assistant professor at the Department for Fixed Prosthodontics and Dental Materials, University of Zürich. Roland Glauser was president of the scientific board of the Swiss Society of Oral Implantology SSOI and he is an active member of the Academy of Osseointegration AO and the European Association for Osseointegration EAO. He serves as a certified expert in Oral Implantology in the European Dental Association EDA. His research activities mainly focus on tissue integration of oral implants and shortened clinical protocols. Dr. Glauser has published more than 60 articles and textbook chapters on the subject of restorative dentistry and osseointegrated implants. He is reviewer for the Journal of Biomechanics, the Journal of Oral Rehabilitation, the Journal of Clinical Periodontology, and Clinical Implant Dentistry and Related Research. Roland Glauser lectured extensively all over the world and received an Academy Award for his presentations from the Academy of Osseointegration AO and the Japan Academy of Gnathology and Occlusion. Dr. Glauser runs a private clinic in Zürich and holds an appointment as clinical associate professor at the College of Dental Medicine, Georgia Regents University, USA.
