The DTX Studio™ Clinic, DTX Studio™ Implant and DTX Studio™ Lab software will be presented, explaining how to simplify the digital workflow for predictable guided immediate implant placement and immediate loading. The digital implant planning rules for anterior, posterior and full arch cases will be reviewed and updated to achieve biological, functional and esthetic success. The attendees will improve their own confidence and skills with digital planning through immersive software hands-on.

Indications and limitations of the static and dynamic guided surgery will be reviewed and discussed, from simple flapless to advanced procedures, including digital assisted soft tissue sculpturing (DASS Technique), Guided Socket Shield protocols and X-Act Teeth. Special emphasis will be given to interdisciplinary digitally assisted treatment planning and final aesthetics in the different clinical scenarios.

An ideal treatment plan requires thorough esthetic, functional, and structural analysis, supported by radiographic and digital examinations. Necessary adjustments to optimize teeth and soft tissues are transferred to the technician to create a wax-up and a diagnostic/functional mock-up. With 3D technology, it is now possible to create a patient “avatar,” enhancing diagnosis, planning, communication, and interdisciplinary workflows — applicable to both esthetic cases and complex full-arch rehabilitations. The objective of this 3 days course, is to provide the attendees with a deep theoretical knowledge but more important with a deep hands-on experience on the management of implants in the esthetic zone in order to achieve the best esthetic results.

In this course one live surgery will be performed by Dr. Gamborena placing an implant in the esthetic zone either immediate or staged. 4 Attendees will learn to harvest tissue for connective tissue grafts as well as different suturing techniques.
