Dr. Edith Groenendijk and Dr. Tristan Staas have recently published a peer-reviewed study on the Flapless Immediate Implant Placement and Provisionalization (FIIPP) technique and the factors that affect its esthetic outcomes.  

In this course, they will take you through each step of FIIPP, from diagnosis, treatment planning, and surgical and prosthetic protocols, demonstrating the methods that can optimize predictable, long-term success.

Join this masterclass in which the current scientific improvements will be discussed, regarding osseointegration, mucointegration and ‘one abutment one time’ protocols from anterior esthetic rehabilitation to full-arch rehabilitations. This 6 day comprehensive All-on-4® and Full Arch Immediate Loading LIVE patient program covers the treatment planning, surgical, prosthetic and the laboratory phases of the full arch immediate load prostheses for edentulous patients and those with terminal dentition.

Each participant will surgically treat two All-on-4® immediate loading cases. Also, attendees will be observing and participating as a group in one or more immediate restorations of full arch immediate loading cases.

Zygomatic implants (ZIs) have emerged as a valuable solution for patients with complex dental conditions, particularly those with severe maxillary bone atrophy or deficiency. In this session we would like to deep dive on the critical aspects around patient selection for zygomatic implant treatment including indications, Survival rates and complications, as well as clinical recommendations.

Patient selection for zygomatic implant treatment requires careful consideration of individual factors, expertise, and a thorough understanding of the indications and potential complications. La 1ère année correspondant à l’acquisition des fondamentaux est fondée sur une progressivité de la formation initiale en implantologie. Le programme est composé de travaux pratiques, de cours théoriques, de conférences d’experts et d’un coaching clinique personnalisé propre à PACTimplant avec trois journées de chirurgie sur patient. La 2ème année offre le complément de formation 

•  sur la gestion de la muqueuse péri implantaire,
•  les augmentations de volume osseux
•  et le perfectionnement aux nouveaux outils numériques.

 Cours théoriques et travaux pratiques permettront à chacun d’évoluer et de se perfectionner avec trois journées supplémentaires de chirurgie sur patient.  Ainsi,  PACT implant délivre maintenant

Imagerie conventionnelle : que comprendre d’une panoramique, d’un bilan rétro alvéolaire ?  Quand et pourquoi passer un scanner ? Qu’en apprendre pour établir son plan de traitement ? Quelle place donner aux logiciels de planification 3D ?
• Module 3 : L'anatomie et l’implant (11 au 13 Juin 2025) Maîtriser l’acte chirurgical, prévoir, anticiper, déjouer les obstacles chirurgicaux. Revoir l’anatomie chirurgicale. Pose d’implants sur Modèles 3D.
• Module 4 : L'implant et le projet prothétique (2 et 3 Octobre 2025) Maîtriser la relation entre la chirurgie et la prothèse implanto-portée. Acquérir les automatismes dans l’établissement du plan de traitement. Assurer le résultat du projet prothétique à long terme.
• Module 5 : L'implant et les aménagements péri-implantaires (20 et 21 Novembre 2025) Maîtriser les aménagements péri-implantaires. Assurer l’intégration tissulaire des implants dentaires. Savoir quand & comment mettre en charge.
