6 -Days LIVE Patient Surgical Externship

The All-on-4® concept is one of the breakthroughs in Implant Dentistry, allowing the rehabilitation of the majority of edentulous arches without the need of bone grafting. The All-on-4® concept is backed up by more than 20 years of clinical research with excellent long-term results.

This small group comprehensive 2-Day program focuses on the merits of embracing immediate implant placement as a patient centered implant prosthodontic treatment solution. Through a series of live and previously recorded surgeries, formal presentations, group discussions and hands-on training, dental teams will become familiar with the merits of immediate placement protocols for both the single tooth and full arch solutions. Particular emphasis will be placed on how best to have the entire team embrace and advocate for immediate implant placement protocols to be adopted in dental practices.

Learning objective

Flapless immediate implant placement and provisionalization (FIIPP) is a modern treatment method characterized by fast time-to-teeth, less surgical interventions with equal or better prosthetic results and better patient acceptance.

Dr. Edith Groenendijk and Dr. Tristan Staas have recently published a peer-reviewed study on the Flapless Immediate Implant Placement and Provisionalization (FIIPP) technique and the factors that affect its esthetic outcomes.  

In this course, they will take you through each step of FIIPP, from diagnosis, treatment planning, and surgical and prosthetic protocols, demonstrating the methods that can optimize predictable, long-term success.

• Step-by-step procedure by means of literature, cases and live surgery
• Digital planning and prosthetic workflow

Designed for those that want to broaden their experience in implant dentistry on total edentulous patients, including Zygoma cases, this training covers the All-on-4® surgical protocol in detail concentrating on all existing approaches – Standard, Hybrid and Double-Zygoma – offering participants a comprehensive training that will allow them to gain the skills and know-how to successfully rehabilitate atrophic mandibles/maxillae as well as severely resorbed maxillae in just a few hours.

This 6 day comprehensive All-on-4® and Full Arch Immediate Loading LIVE patient program covers the treatment planning, surgical, prosthetic and the laboratory phases of the full arch immediate load prostheses for edentulous patients and those with terminal dentition.

Each participant will surgically treat two All-on-4® immediate loading cases. Also, attendees will be observing and participating as a group in one or more immediate restorations of full arch immediate loading cases.
