Synopsis

The All-on-4® concept is an innovative surgical procedure for the rehabilitation of edentulous jaws focusing entirely on the patient. An important aspect of the long-term success of the All-on-4® concept is the full-arch implant-supported dental prosthetics. There are several options for both the immediate provisional and the definitive prosthesis with the ensemble of different materials in the infrastructure, the artificial gingiva and the crowns, each option with its own advantages and disadvantages that warrant discussion. Some examples include the MALO CLINIC ceramic bridge, the MALO CLINIC acrylic bridge, the MALO CLINIC PEEK-acrylic bridge.

The presentations by MALO CLINIC will focus on the laboratory process, clinical outcomes and scientific research using different materials in full-arch implant supported prostheses (including zygomatic implants). Synopsis

Designed for smaller groups, this observation program will allow you to follow in detail the daily work and surgical schedule of MALO CLINIC clinical team with a key focus on high skilled cases as well as on the combination of the All-on-4® surgical protocol with the use of zygoma implants; for severely atrophic maxillae, this procedure is complemented with extra-maxillary anchored implants – hybrid and double-zygoma approaches – which treatment planning and placement will be covered in detail during this training session. 

During this program not only will you get the chance to follow several different procedures at the operating room including live zygoma surgery, as you will also have the opportunity to extensively discuss the All-on-4® protocol hybrid and double-zygoma approaches with our clinical team that will take you through all the relevant aspects, from patient selection to treatment planning, and anatomic and imaging considerations, all the way through to the fitting of the immediate and final prostheses. 

These approaches will also both be covered at a hands-on session. 1. Диагностический максимум: первичная консультация, Rg-диагностика, фотопротокол, сбор анамнеза. Пациенты с дисфункциями ВНЧС особенности работы.

2. Первичный анализ: междисциплинарное

взаимодействие: врач ортопед-хирург-зубной техник-смежные специалисты.

3. Выбор временной конструкции - ортопедический и технический этапы.

4. Изготовление диагностических и хирургических шаблонов (DTX Studio™ Implant).

5. Аналоговый и цифровой постоперационный протокол временного протезирования Аll-on-4®, на 6, 8 имплантатах. Работа с искусственной десной и без.

День 1. Практическая часть 

В ходе практической части будет реализован:

Перевод перичного шаблона для перебазировки в армированный временный фиксированный протез с использованием TiReBar

Демонстрация временного постоперационного протезирования в протоколах без искусственной десны

День 2. Лекционная часть

Изготовление постоянного протеза All-on-4®, на 6, на 8 имплантатах:

. виды конечных работ;

. методика работы гипсом;

. цифровые оттиски;

. объем передаваемой информации зубному технику;

. разбор клинических случаев.

Использование DSD для коммуникации между пациентом и зубным техником.

День 2. Техническая часть

. снятие аналоговых оттисков гипсом;

. снятие цифровых оттисков с использованием внутриротового сканера;

. регистрация RP с использованием Hardwax;

. работа с лицевыми дугами.

День 2. Практическая часть

Демонстрация на пациенте:

1. Изготовление постоянной конструкции.

2. Подготовка и моделировка балок Procera Bar, Procera Bridge под

керамические и композитные реставрации. Демонстрация вариантов облицовок балок.

3. Индивидуализация десны композитным материалом Nexco Paste.
