For decades, we have dreamed of sharing our knowledge and clinical experience with ambitious dentists. This experience will become a defining moment in your continuing professional development, allowing you to take your practice to the next level. Through this specialized training, we offer our participants a new vision of contemporary implantology. Training based on scientific literature and techniques clinically applied in our practice for the past 30 years and that allows you to offer your patients optimal and predictable results.
Our goal is to offer advanced refresher courses that challenge participants, improve their manual dexterity, and their surgical and prosthetic skills so that they are able to apply the techniques learned in their own practice as soon as the course is over.
No matter your level of training in implantology, this course is designed to leave you with increased confidence, new skills and renewed practice. A training combining clinically applicable scientific evidence, practical exercises and live surgeries on the patient.

In addition, the goal is for you to gain comfort with the procedures as outlined below. For those of you with experience in dental implants, you will gain tips and tricks from our experienced clinicians. 4) Suturing procedures on a soft tissue model

5) Temporary crown fabrication

This small group comprehensive 2-Day program focuses on the merits of embracing Immediacy as a patient centered implant prosthodontic treatment solution. Through a series of live and previously recorded surgeries, formal presentations, group discussions and hands-on training, dental teams will become familiar with the merits of Immediacy Protocols for both the single tooth and full arch solutions. Particular emphasis will be placed on how best to have the entire team embrace and advocate for Immediacy Protocols to be adopted in dental practices.

This two-day program will feature a variety of clinical cases showcasing importance of digital workflows from the esthetic zone to full-arch rehabilitation. Take part in presentation forums, networking opportunities with leading professionals and peers to build relationships to elevate your practice and career. 

This 2 day didactic and hands-on program is for the GP who wants to improve their fundamental surgical skill set. Participants will be able to experience a wide variety of
surgical procedures typically seen in a GP office, but the emphasis will be on developing effective clinical skills in flaps, suturing and extractions.

This course is limited attendance with a low instructor to student ratio and will take place in our simulation lab where you will learn on phantom heads, special dental models, and pig mandibles.

Learning Objectives

• Effectively assess patient and procedural risks
• Develop proficiency in the selection and use of surgical instruments
• Learn and apply surgical approaches to minimize tissue traumaManage

Simulation lab experience will include:

• Flap design
• Suturing (interrupted, continuous locking, figure of 8)
• Biopsy techniques
• Simple extractions (forceps and elevators)
•  Surgical extractions (bone and soft tissue sparing)
• Impactions (lower mesio-angular and horizontal)
• Root removal
• Incision and Drainage (drain placement)
• Oral-antral penetration repair (sliding flaps)
• Tongue and lip tie revision
• Socket preservation and basic GB
• Sinus bump (Summers procedure)
• Connective tissue grafting
• Introduction to implant placement (guided and freehand)

This 3-day program (30 CE) delivers a comprehensive understanding of the principles of atraumatic extraction, bone grafting, and immediate dental implant placement. We discuss the different bone grafting and membrane materials and techniques. You will leave this program with the ability to comfortably select cases for immediate extraction, grafting, and implant placement. Our program is evidence based, with a focus on shedding practical tips and tricks, and hands-on training, to allow you to provide effective and efficient implant therapy to your patients.

5. Аналоговый и цифровой постоперационный протокол временного протезирования Аll-on-4®, на 6, 8 имплантатах. Работа с искусственной десной и без.

День 1. Практическая часть 

В ходе практической части будет реализован:

Перевод перичного шаблона для перебазировки в армированный временный фиксированный протез с использованием TiReBar

Демонстрация временного постоперационного протезирования в протоколах без искусственной десны

День 2. Лекционная часть

Изготовление постоянного протеза All-on-4®, на 6, на 8 имплантатах:

. виды конечных работ;

. методика работы гипсом;

. цифровые оттиски;

. объем передаваемой информации зубному технику;

. разбор клинических случаев.

Использование DSD для коммуникации между пациентом и зубным техником.

День 2. Техническая часть

. снятие аналоговых оттисков гипсом;

. снятие цифровых оттисков с использованием внутриротового сканера;

. регистрация RP с использованием Hardwax;

. работа с лицевыми дугами.

День 2. Практическая часть

Демонстрация на пациенте:

1. Изготовление постоянной конструкции.

2. Подготовка и моделировка балок Procera Bar, Procera Bridge под

керамические и композитные реставрации. Демонстрация вариантов облицовок балок.

3. Индивидуализация десны композитным материалом Nexco Paste.
