Na 36ª Edição da Formação de Implantologia, os formandos irão adquirir conhecimentos técnicos fundamentais de Implantologia tanto a nível cirúrgico, como protético.

Os formandos irão contactar diretamente com fantomas e “in vivo” com cirurgia de implantes e respetiva reabilitação protética. Irão também conhecer todos os componentes cirúrgicos do kit de implantes e como os usar.

Immediate implant placement is an appealing treatment concept as it requires minimal surgery, and it offers the possibility for instantaneous tooth replacement with a provisional implant-supported crown. However, the treatment concept needs to be well indicated and the surgical procedure is technically demanding. The purpose of this cadaver course is to provide the implantologist a step-by-step approach to arrive at a predictable outcome with immediate implants. Soft tissue augmentation procedures will also be covered in this cadaver course since these are often needed after immediate implant placement. Different harvesting techniques will be taught.

DTX Studio™ インプラント・ソフトウェアを用いたデジタル診査・診断、そしてサージカルテンプレートを用いたガイディッド・サージェリーの優位性を学べるコースです。インプラント治療経験に応じたノーベルガイドの臨床応用方法を解説し、オペビデオを通じてガイディッド・サージェリーの臨床実践を習得いただけます。また、ダイナミックナビゲーションシステム「X-Guide」の概要、実践を紹介します。

これからインプラント治療を始めてみたい方、または数症例の埋入経験はあるが、しっかりと講義を聞かれた事のない方を対象にした基礎コースです。​

インプラント治療の診察・検査・診断からの治療計画、外科、補綴の講義に加え、顎模型を使ったインプラント埋入実習も含むコースです。

Learning objective

Flapless immediate implant placement and provisionalization (FIIPP) is a modern treatment method characterized by fast time-to-teeth, less surgical interventions with equal or better prosthetic results and better patient acceptance.

Dr. Edith Groenendijk and Dr. Tristan Staas have recently published a peer-reviewed study on the Flapless Immediate Implant Placement and Provisionalization (FIIPP) technique and the factors that affect its esthetic outcomes.  

In this course, they will take you through each step of FIIPP, from diagnosis, treatment planning, and surgical and prosthetic protocols, demonstrating the methods that can optimize predictable, long-term success.

• Point out the crucial steps that will lead to a predictable treatment outcome
• How to achieve primary stability needed for immediate loading
• Step-by-step procedure by means of literature, cases and live surgery

Ce module est conçu dans le but de maîtriser les concepts cliniques et techniques qui régissent la chirurgie parodontale et de les appliquer à l’implantologie. Il propose des solutions efficaces pour traiter la maladie parodontale, traiter un manque de tissus mous péri-implantaire ou encore prévenir/traiter la péri-implantite.

• Comprendre et appréhender la maladie parodontale.
• Intégrer une thérapeutique parodontale initiale systématique et systématisée.

El concepto de tratamiento All-on-4® ofrece a los pacientes edéntulos y potencialmente edéntulos una prótesis de arcada completa sobre cuatro implantes el día de la cirugía consiguiendo así pacientes satisfechos con respecto a la función, la estética, los sentidos, el habla y la autoestima. Además, el concepto de tratamiento All-on-4® se puede combinar con un protocolo quirúrgico guiado.

En este curso se revisarán las ventajas de estos protocolos para el paciente y el cirujano, como mayor previsibilidad y seguridad, y se revisará el procedimiento paso a paso incluyendo la parte protésica.
