What is the torque value for…?


Unlike abutment screws or Multi-unit prosthetic screws that have a precise fastening torque specified, for implants only a maximum insertion torque is specified. Any final insertion torque that falls below this maximum may be clinically acceptable but also may influence decisions for immediate or early loading based on those additional requirements.

How do I create an account?

For new Nobel Biocare customers
If you do not have a Nobel Biocare customer number, please fill out the form found here or call 1800 804 597 and an associate will help you create an account.

For current customers who have not registered online
Fill out the Registration form found here or call 0800 441 657 to have customer support assist you in registration.

Where is my order?

You may track your customised NobelProcera orders by navigating to the Order history section of My Orders in the MyNobel portal. The tracking link, if available, can be found on the right of the page.

How do I register for a course?

To register for a course, please click on Shop and then choose the Courses menu item in the upper-right of the screen. Search for the correct course and click on Book This Course. Fill out the form online and click on Complete Registration to register. An email will be sent to you to confirm your registration.

To search for courses in New Zealand, you can sort by Venue Country in the menu on the left.

How can I add or make changes to my order?

Once the order has been placed you can no longer make any changes online. Should you need changes to be made, please contact customer support on 0800 441 657.
