Announcement: Global Symposium 2020 is postponed to early 2021
After careful consideration and monitoring of the ongoing spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we have made the difficult decision to postpone the Nobel Biocare Global Symposium in Las Vegas, NV originally scheduled for April 16-18, 2020.
The unprecedented circumstances presented by the coronavirus, the increasing health and safety concerns as well as travel restrictions in place have made it impossible for us to hold a global event like the Nobel Biocare Global Symposium at this time. We believe this decision is in the best interest of the health, safety, and well-being of our customers, employees, and business partners.
The Nobel Biocare Global Symposium is postponed to early 2021. We will communicate a new date and location as soon as available.
If you have already registered, your registration will be automatically transferred and count for the 2021 event. In case you wish to cancel your participation, we have relaxed our original cancellation policy, and we will refund your registration fees in full. If you have already made travel arrangements, we urge you to expedite hotel and flight cancellations. For any questions you can contact your local customer service teams or firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to reply to your questions and process your account as soon as possible.
At Nobel Biocare we are committed to helping you advance at every level and education is an essential tool to achieve this goal. On April 16 to 18, we will host a series of virtual educational sessions and make them available to all that had registered to the Nobel Biocare Global Symposium. Access to these virtual educational sessions will be communicated soon.
We would like to thank you in advance for your understanding of the current circumstances, and we ask for your patience as we work diligently to address questions and provide additional information to our participants and guests.

Will my General Admission registration be valid for the new date?
Yes. Your General Admission registration will be automatically transferred and your place is secured.
I registered for hands-on/workshop sessions. Will my registration be valid on the new date?
As the next Symposium program may be changed, you will receive a refund for registration. We will inform you of the revised program in due course, and you can re-register.
Will I receive a confirmation when the refund is issued?
No. You will receive an automated email stating the cancellation of your registration (General Admission and/or Hands-on courses)
Will I be refunded for travel and accommodation costs?
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund travel and accommodation, and you will need to make new reservations. Your service provider may be able to provide more information on potential refunds.
I haven't been contacted directly regarding the new date yet. Who can I speak to for more information?
For more information, your can contact your local sales rep or customer service. We will also regularly update our website, where you can subscribe for email updates with your preferred email address.
I have purchased a promotional package - is it still valid even if I cancel my registration?
Yes, we will refund your registration and your discount on the products you have purchased in this package will remain.
Will the program/hands-on sessions remain the same?
At this point we are working on any necessary updates to the main program and hands-on/workshop sessions and will inform you as soon as possible.
