10:00 - 12:00 All-on-4® treatment concept rationale and scientific evidence by Ana Ferro

This session will discuss the objectives and evidence-based principles for surgical and prosthetic therapy when using the All-on- 4® treatment concept to restore complete edentulous and failed dentition cases. The most recentadvancements of this treatment concept, as well as new products developedto overcome the challenges of severely resorbed jaws, will be discussed. Clinical management of patients will be presented by demonstrating the data gathering process, diagnosis, treatment planning, surgical protocols, andfabrication of both provisional and definitive implant-retained prostheses. Participants will learn the evidence-based principles and biomechanics ofthe All-on- 4® treatment concept and understand its evolution, along withthe new products developed to improve technique and overcome extremely complex cases. (Break included in session)

12:00 - 13:00 Lunch

13:00 - 14:30 Treating the atrophic maxilla with zygoma implants: Simplified graftless solutions for immediate loading in general                        practice by Richard Brookshaw

This presentation will provide an understanding of indications for Zygoma implants and how this can be provided in your practice setting. The critical use of CT scanning and planning software will be presented along with the application of stereolithographic 3D anatomical models in case planning. The challenges of severely resorbed jaws will be discussed with Immediate loading with Zygoma, including the indication for 2 or 4 Zygoma implants and when and how to use Zygomatic implants as a “rescue implant” in failed full arch implant cases. A review of clinical cases using Zygoma implants.

15:00 - 16:30 Innovative treatment concept for the edentulous patient - catering forthe needs of many by Rubén Davó

The Trefoil system was introduced to the profession in June 2016 following more than five years of development. Increasingly, dental professionals and patients alike are seeking cost-effective solutions for immediate implant restorations. Clinical strategies are being developed to reduce chair time aswell as component and laboratory expenses. Using an innovative adjustable standardized framework and an efficient clinical workflow, the Trefoil system offers the possibility for patients to receive a precise-fitting definitive mandibular implant bridge on the same day of surgery. This solution forthe edentulous mandible or failing mandibular dentition provides clinicianswith an opportunity to serve a new and expanded patient population. This presentation will also highlight the clinical cases treated with the new protocolfor immediate loading and immediate prosthesis.

Hands on sessions - day 2

All 3 hands on workshops will run parallel and delegates must choose one hands on session only.

10.00 - 14.30 Hands on sessions (Breaks are included)

Essentials of the Trefoil system by Rubén Davó

The Trefoil system is a breakthrough in efficiency making fixed, definitive teeth on the dayof surgery* a choice for many patients. Thanks to the pre-manufactured titanium bar with a unique fixation mechanism on just three implants, mandibular edentulism can be treated with reduced chair time and increased efficiency. Dr. Rubén Davó, a leading maxillofacial surgeon, will take you through the essentials of the concept and treatment workflow.

The All-on- 4® treatment concept - how to prepare for an immediate temporary bridge by Ana Ferro

Tilting implants to maximize available bone offers many advantages. But how should you plan the provisional and final bridges for the best possible outcomes? How valuable is the protocol for immediate provisionalization? Using a model, learn the steps for placing the implants and converting a denture into a provisional bridge.

Edentulous evolution - The Brånemark Zygoma Solution by Richard Brookshaw

A review of the surgical and prosthetic paths to successful restoration. Learn practical procedures and steps on a model to prepare you for the zygoma implant treatment journey.
