Everything you need to know
What does General Admission include?
General Admission includes all of the lecture and presentation sessions, the product exhibition, the Welcome Reception, as well as lunches and coffee breaks. Hands-on sessions are not included.
How do I register for hands-on sessions?
You can enroll during registration for General Admission, or later by following the personalized link in your confirmation email. It is also possible to enroll on-site during the event. However, this is subject to availability. Sign up to be notified when new hands-on sessions are available
How much does it cost?
For general admission April 16-18, 2020:
- Doctors – USD 2,095 (early bird of USD 1,695 until December 31, 2019)
- Dental technicians – USD 1,095
- Students and Office staff – USD 1,095
If you register as student, please make sure you bring your valid student ID to the Symposium. Please note, office staff fee cannot be used by doctors or dental technicians.
How can I pay for my registration?
All payments must be made by credit card, including for registration of hands-on sessions on site. Cash will not be accepted. If you intend to purchase registration as part of a special package, please contact your Nobel Biocare sales representative.
Where can I find the prices for the hands-on sessions?
You can see the prices on the Hands-on Program page. You will also see the prices during the registration process and in your Registration Area once you have registered for the event.
Cancellation and refunds
Can I cancel my participation?
Yes, you may cancel your participation at any time.
Will I be refunded if I cancel my attendance?
Refunds are no longer possible. If you have any questions please get in touch with us.
How can I cancel my attendance?
If you need to cancel your participation and you have paid with a credit card, you can complete the cancellation in your Registration Area, and the refund will be automatically credited back to your account. You can access your Registration Area using your email address and your registration number. If you paid with an invoice and would like to cancel your registration, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How can I reserve a hotel room at the venue?
You can book a room at a preferred rate, directly with the hotel.
Mandalay Bay Resort and Delano Hotel at Mandalay Bay Resort have specially-allocated rooms for Global Symposium guests. To book one of these rooms, you must reserve directly with the hotel.
How far is the venue from the airport and city center?
The Mandalay Bay Resort is approximately 5 minutes by car from Las Vegas McCarran International Airport (LAS) and is located at the south end of the Las Vegas Strip.
Las Vegas McCarran International Airport is served by all major US and Canadian airlines and various foreign airlines with nonstop flights from Asia and Europe. Together with their codeshare partners, all major airlines offer various flight options daily to Las Vegas.
I live outside the US. What documents do I need?
Travelers from various countries only need to obtain an electronic travel authorization, called ESTA. Please consult your local consulate for details. Information about which countries fall into this category and the link to apply for an ESTA can be found here: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/. In case you need a visa, please apply early enough. If you do require a visa invitation letter, please contact the registration team with the email address listed below. We kindly ask you to follow up with the US Consulate in your country of residence early to obtain all requirements needed for a visa application. Please note that hotel confirmation letters have to be obtained from the hotel directly.
