What is My Account?

My Account is where you can find everything to do with your relationship with Nobel Biocare all in one place. It's all there – from your orders and invoices to practice resources and education courses.

Registration

Do I need to create an account?

If you have already registered for our new Online Store (store.nobelbiocare.com), you may use that login to access the My Account portal on the new website. If you have not yet registered, you will need to complete the Registration form found here to access the new content. 

Why does my old username and password not work?

The new nobelbiocare.com has been integrated with the new Online Store which means that a login created via the Online Store (store.nobelbiocare.com) can be used to access the new site content. However, users who have not yet registered for the Online Store will have to register to access these new sites.

How do I create an account?

Please go to the registration form.

For current customers who have not registered online

If you are already a Nobel Biocare customer and don't yet have an online account select "Yes" for the first question. 

If you know your Nobel Biocare customer number, fill out the form to immediately access your online account and begin ordering. Please note that your details will need to match up to our information on file. You can find this information on a past invoice.

If you don't know your Nobel Biocare customer number, fill out your details and you will be contacted within 24 hours with that information.

For new Nobel Biocare customers

If you are new to Nobel Biocare, please select "No" for the first question and then fill out the required information. When you submit the form customer service will be notified and your account will be setup within 24 hours.

If you have any issues, please call 800-322-5001 and an associate will help you create an account.

How do I know that my account has been created?

Upon a successful registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address. Once you click the confirmation link in this email, your online account has been created and you may now sign in.

Why can't I create an account?

The following conditions must be met in order to register online:

1. The zip code matches the associated account
2. The email address has not already been used to register
3. A valid customer number is used

Signing in

Where do I sign in or register?

If you are already an online customer, please sign in to your account.

If you are new to the Online Store, please register your online account.

Why can't I sign in?

If you're having trouble signing in, you may be using an incorrect email address or password.

Here are some things to check:

Clear your browser's cache and cookies
Your Internet browser's Help menu will have instructions for how to clear the cache and cookies.

Check CAPS Lock and NUM Lock on your keyboard
Passwords are case sensitive, so "PASSWORD" and "Password" are recognized as two different passwords.

Incorrect email address
Your email address must be in this format: username@domain.com (or .net, .org, .edu, etc.). If you have more than one email address, be sure that you're using the correct email address and password combination for the account you are trying to access. Also, if your computer is set to auto-complete the email, make sure it's the correct email address listed.

Incorrect password
If you are using the correct email address but cannot remember your password, try resetting your password. Password reset can be found here.

Manage account

What is my email address?

If you cannot remember which email address you have used for registration, please contact Nobel Biocare at 800-322-5001 for assistance.

How can I change my Email address?

Your email is your username and this can be changed by logging in and going to Account Information in My Account. In this section you can make any necessary changes. A case will be created and customer support will make the requested corrections. 

What is my password?

When entering our online store, there is a link for Forgot Password. Click on this link and you will be asked to provide your email address. A link to reset your password will be emailed to you within the next ten to fifteen minutes. 

How can I change my password?

Go to My Account / Account information and check the box marked Change Password. You will then be prompted to Change Password

How do I change my staff permission levels?

Once you are logged in, navigate to Account Management > User Management to manage the permission levels of the users registered to your account and set the permission for your team.
