Nobel Biocare announced that it will expand its signature event, the Nobel Biocare Global Symposium, into a series of symposia around the globe to bring the next wave of groundbreaking innovation to more dental professionals worldwide.
At the 2018 Annual Scientific Meeting of the European Association for Osseointegration, held in Vienna, Austria, October 11–13, Nobel Biocare announces the next step in its digital workflow with a new option for same-day guided surgery made possible by DTX Studio Implant and the X-Guide dental navigation system. In addition, the company is introducing creos mucogain, a resorbable collagen matrix for soft-tissue regeneration, as well as NobelPro Line in order to highlight the possibilities of Nobel Biocare’s comprehensive range of edentulous treatment solutions.
Dental implantology experts and the Foundation for Oral Rehabilitation (FOR) have taken a new treatment solution for edentulism to Rapa Nui, also known as Easter Island, in a remarkable humanitarian endeavor. In the week-long project led by surgeons Dr. Kenji Higuchi and Dr. Rubén Rosenberg, eleven native patients suffering from mandibular edentulism were treated with a fixed, full-arch solution and received their final bridge, all within just three days.
Dental professionals should mark their calendars for the 2019 Nobel Biocare Global Symposium which will take place in Las Vegas under the theme “Knowledge changes everything”. Featuring a change of location, program and venue, the potent combination of expert knowledge alongside new innovations to be revealed will mark a true transformation in implant treatment care.
At the Chicago Dental Society’s (CDS) Midwinter Meeting, February 22–24, and LMT Lab Day, February 23–24, Nobel Biocare introduces a newly expanded CAD/CAM offering, designed to enhance flexibility and connectivity between treatment partners. Introducing the launch of the new KaVo LS 3 desktop scanner, the events also feature the DTX Studio design software, an exciting expansion of workflow flexibility, treatment collaboration and increased business possibilities for dental laboratories.
