  • Learn how to use the On1 concept for single restorations with immediate temporarization
  • Understand the fabrication of screw-retained restorations using the On1 Universal Abutment

Digital workflow for immediate tooth replacement

Master class - September 30

Time for this session: 12:30 p.m.–4:30 p.m.

The All-on-4® treatment concept and beyond
Dr. Armando Lopes

This master class will discuss goals in surgical and prosthodontic therapy for the fully edentulous patient when using the All-on-4® treatment concept. Clinical management of patients will be presented by demonstrating the data-gathering process, diagnosis, treatment planning, surgical protocols, and fabrication of both provisional and definitive implant-retained prosthesis.

Speakers

Join us in learning protocols for the rehabilitation of patients with partial edentulism in the esthetic zone. Top experts will share their experiences in evidence-based treatment planning and in using digital tools, modern implant designs, and established surgical and restorative protocols. Discover the innovative prosthetic components that improve treatment outcomes.

Prof. Tomas Albrektsson

Dr Albrektsson started working with osseointegrated implants together with professor P-I Brånemark in 1967. He has since published numerous papers on osseointegration. Currently, Dr Albrektsson is working as professor emeritus of the dept of Biomaterials in Gothenburg and as visiting professor at the department of prosthodontics, Malmö University Sweden.

Dr. Peter Wöhrle

Dr. Peter Wöhrle received DMD and MMedSc (oral biology) degrees from Harvard University School of Dental Medicine, in addition to a specialty certificate in prosthodontics and a specialty certificate in implant dentistry. Prior to his studies in Boston, he completed a four-year dental technician program in Switzerland. At Harvard, he worked with others on developing the concept of immediate loading with Brånemark implants. Later, he applied these principles to the single tooth and the concept of immediate tooth replacement. He lectures worldwide, and his practice in Newport Beach, California, focuses exclusively on dental implants.

Dr. Isabella Rocchietta

Dr. Isabella Rocchietta graduated in 2002 with full marks in dentistry from the University of Milan, Italy, where she was also awarded a one-year scholarship from the school's Department of Medicine. Today she is a research fellow at the Division of Periodontology, Harvard School of Dental Medicine, Boston, MA. Dr. Rocchietta is a resident and tutor at the Department of Periodontology, University of Milan, Italy, and a research consultant for the Institute for Dental Research and Education (IDRE). She is also a member of the Academy of Osseointegration, the Italian Society of Periodontology and Chairman of the EAO Junior Committee. Dr. Rocchietta is the author of several national and international peerreviewed publications, as well as several book chapters. Today she is an international speaker on bone regeneration by means of growth factors and scaffolds, tissue engineering, osseointegration, and implant surface modifications.

Dr. Giacomo Fabbri

Dr. Giacomo Fabbri graduated with honors in dentistry and dental prosthodontics at the University of Pavia. He is an active member of the Italian Academy of Prosthetic Dentistry (A.I.O.P), a prestigious scientific Academy in the field of esthetic and prosthetic dentistry. He has published several international articles in peer-reviewed journals and lectured in Italy and abroad on topics related to fixed prosthodontics and implant prosthodontics with specific interest on esthetics, new materials and minimally invasive approach. He works in Ban Mancini Fabbri Specialist Dental Practice, located in Cattolica (Italy), in the field of esthetics and prosthetic rehabilitation on natural teeth and implants.
