CII: 6-Day LIVE Patient Surgical Externship Zygomatic Implants live patient Hands-on Program

Oct 17 - 22, 2022
Dr Louie Al-Faraje
Take your skills in the All-on-4® treatment concept to the next level, transform more patients' lives with zygomatic implants. Practice innovative surgical and prosthetic approaches to rehabilitate patients with severe maxillary atrophy. Traditionally, a severely resorbed maxilla with sinus pneumatization would need multiple surgeries, including sinus augmentation/lift and bone grafts, to rebuild enough bone mass to create a sufficient foundation for traditional dental implant placement. In severely resorbed cases, zygomatic implants have been an evidence-based surgical and prosthetic solution since 1999 that has eliminated the need for bone grafting altogether. This program covers everything from diagnosis and treatment planning using zygomatic implants to surgical and prosthetic processes. We even address complex and progressive protocols for managing potential complications.

This day-long zygoma program will demystify the zygoma treatment solution and provide an understanding of its application. The indications, contraindications and complications of the zygoma implant will be presented.

The focus of the day will be on reviewing the surgical technique. Both the single zygoma and quad zygoma treatment solutions will be discussed and demonstrated.

The hands-on component will allow clinicians to familiarize themselves with the zygoma armamentarium and the surgical technique by placing zygoma implants on models.
