The All-on-4® protocol is an innovative surgical procedure for the rehabilitation of edentulous jaws focusing entirely on the patient. By taking advantage of the dense bone available in the anterior maxilla and between the mandibular foramina, this widely applicable surgical technique allows for the treatment of a significantly greater number of patients, while avoiding the need for complex, time consuming and often debilitating bone grafting procedures. During 2 days, the MALO CLINIC clinical team will show you how the patient will have immediate function and excellent esthetics with a limited number of implants. This course will teach you the skills and know-how to treat edentulous patients using the All-on-4® surgical protocol following the MALO CLINIC Rehabilitation Protocol, from patient selection to treatment planning, all the way through to the fitting of the prosthesis so you can oer immediate function to your patients. Giving you a comprehensive overview of the All-on-4® Protocol, this course focus specially on how to solve clinical complications, which implants are best to each case type and mastering of the standard approach when it comes to highly skilled cases that are not illegible for the hybrid and extra-maxilla approaches This will give you the tools to improve your understanding of the technique with advantages to you and your patients.

The All-on-4 concept is one of the breakthroughs in Implant Dentistry, allowing the rehabilitation of the majority of edentulous arches without the need of bone grafting. Created at MALO CLINIC, the All-on-4 concept it is backed up by more than 20 years of clinical research with excellent long-term results. The secret for that success has been the constant evolution of the protocols that receive great attention from our side. Today, the All-on-4 concept is up to date with the digital revolution in Implant Dentistry, allowing to upgrade surgical and prosthodontic protocols following a full digital workflow. Our Clinical Residencies are typically for much smaller groups of participants with a lot more focus on the daily work of the clinic rather than on lectures and pure training programs. The participant can observe surgeries or other treatments, or follow the surgical procedures via CCTV. The program may include the MALO CLINIC Protocol (All-on-4® surgical protocol + MALO CLINIC Bridge), immediate function single and partial, and fixed prosthodontics, as well as other procedures of the various specialties of dentistry.

Designed for smaller groups, this observation program will allow you to follow in detail the daily work and surgical schedule of MALO CLINIC Clinical team with a key focus on high skilled cases as well as on the combination of the All-on-4® surgical protocol with the use of zygoma implants; for severely atrophic maxillae, this procedure is complemented with extra-maxillary anchored implants - Hybrid and Double-Zygoma approaches - which treatment planning and placement will be covered in detail during this training session. During this program not only will you get the chance to follow several dierent procedures at the operating room including live zygoma surgery, as you will also have the opportunity to extensively discuss the All-on-4® protocol Hybrid and Double-Zygoma approaches with our clinical team that will take you through all the relevant aspects, from patient selection to treatment planning, and anatomic and imaging considerations, all the way through to the fitting of the immediate and final prostheses. These approaches will also both be covered at a hands-on session. The Zygoma Clinical Residency Program will allow you to gain the skills and know-how to successfully rehabilitate severely resorbed maxillae in just a few hours using the MALO CLINIC Protocol and is complemented by a mentorship program to support you on your first cases. We also encourage you to bring your own cases for discussion and treatment planning.

This 2-day Residency Program focuses specifically on Navigation Implant Surgery and was designed especially for those who want to keep-up with the latest technology and introduce this valuable tool in their daily practice. Comprising hands-on software sessions, the training will give clinicians a comprehensive perspective of the Implant Navigation System workflow, and its features and advantages, guiding them through single, partial and total rehabilitation cases planning and execution. Participants will get a chance to follow LIVE Surgery in the operation room, interacting closely with our clinical team, also getting a chance to discuss and plan their own cases with our expert.

Designed for those that want to broaden their experience in implant dentistry on total edentulous patients, including Zygoma cases, this training covers the All-on-4® surgical protocol in detail concentrating on all existing approaches – Standard, Hybrid and Double-Zygoma. It offers participants a comprehensive training that will allow them to gain the skills and know-how to successfully rehabilitate atrophic mandibles/maxillae as well as severely resorbed maxillae in just a few hours, including live surgery, hands-on on both fresh frozen cadavers (1 full-day) and models. The course will take you through all the relevant aspects of the MALO CLINIC Protocol, from patient selection to treatment planning, and anatomic and imaging considerations, all the way through to the fitting of the immediate and final prostheses so you can offer immediate function to your patients even when facing with extremely atrophic maxilla and mandible cases.
