Dr. Javier Bobes Bascarán

Dr. Javier Bobes Bascarán graduated as a general dentist from the Universidad de Oviedo, Spain, in 2007. He holds a master’s degree in Prosthesis and Occlusion (2010) and earned a Ph.D. in Implant Biomechanics in 2014. He has postgraduate qualifications and training in various disciplines such as: Implantology, periodontology, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, sleep medicine and, temporomandibular joint disorders and adopts a multidisciplinary approach to dentistry in his clinical practice in Aberdeen, Scotland.
Dr. Bobes Bascarán has published extensively in scientific journals and has participated as a reviewer for the Clinical Implant Dentistry and Related Research journal. He has spoken at local and international conferences and is an ‘Emerging Leader Alumni’ (2022-2023) of the Foundation for Oral Rehabilitation and a Global Key Expert for Nobel Biocare.
