Dr. Anjan Shah

Dr. Anjan Shah is an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with a special interest in head and neck surgery, facial reconstruction using microvascular flaps, and implant based rehabilitation. He completed his BDS from Government Dental College, Bangalore in 1994, followed by an MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from Nair Hospital Dental College, Mumbai. He later held resident positions in Oral Oncology at the Kidwai Institute of Oncology before moving to the UK for advanced fellowship training. During this period, he trained at Southampton University, Sheffield University, and Ipswich Hospital.

Dr. Shah holds several distinguished fellowships, including FDS RCS (Eng) from the Royal College of Surgeons of England, FFD RCSI (OSOM) from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, FICOI from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and FIBCSOMS from the International Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. He is the first Fellow of the International Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery to be awarded a Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Oncology and Reconstruction.
