Founded in 2006 by Jutta Roberts as Nobel Biocare Esthetic Group, we began as a network for women dentists across the Nordic region. Over time, we expanded globally, offering high-level educational courses, mentoring, and a supportive community. Our mission is to empower women in dentistry by providing a safe space to learn, grow, and support each other. By fostering career development and addressing challenges, we strive to close the leaky pipeline, ensuring more women thrive and advance in implant dentistry.
