Root extraction followed by an immediate placement of a NobelActive® TiUltra™ implant, On1™ Base Xeal™ and temporary provisionalization with full digital workflow, demonstrates good early hard and soft tissue outcomes.
Patient: 41-year-old female.
Clinical situation: failing endodontic treatment of the second premolar in maxilla.
Surgical solution: extraction site, immediate NobelActive® TiUltra™ placement, minor bone grafting with creos™ xenogain, On1™ Base Xeal™.
Restorative solution: On1™ Temporary Abutment, TempShell provisional.
Surgery date: February 2019.
Total treatment time: 3 months (final prosthetic delivered in May 2019).
