Why does my old username and password not work?
The new nobelbiocare.com has been integrated with the new Online Store which means that a login created via the Online Store (store.nobelbiocare.com/ca) can be used to access the new site content. However, users who have not yet registered for the Online Store must register to access these new sites.
How do I know that my account has been created?
Upon a successful registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address. Once you click the confirmation link in this email, your online account has been created and you may now sign in.
Why can't I create an account?
The following conditions must be met in order to register online:
1. The postal code matches the associated account
2. The email address has not already been used to register
3. A valid customer number is used

Why can't I sign in?
If you're having trouble signing in, you may be using an incorrect email address or password.
Here are some things to check:
Clear your browser's cache and cookies
Your Internet browser's Help menu will have instructions for how to clear the cache and cookies.
Check CAPS Lock and NUM Lock on your keyboard
Passwords are case sensitive, so "PASSWORD" and "Password" are recognized as two different passwords.
Incorrect email address
Your email address must be in this format: firstname.lastname@example.org (or .net, .org, .edu, etc.). If you have more than one email address, be sure that you're using the correct email address and password combination for the account you are trying to access. Also, if your computer is set to auto-complete the email, make sure it's the correct email address listed.
If you are using the correct email address but cannot remember your password, try resetting your password. Password reset can be found here.
What is my email address?
If you cannot remember which email address you have used for registration, please contact Nobel Biocare at (800) 939-9394 for assistance.
What is my password?
When entering our online store, there is a link for 'Forgot Password'. Click on this link and you will be asked to provide your email address. A link to reset your password will be emailed to you within the next ten to fifteen minutes.
How do I change my staff permission levels?
Once you are logged in, navigate to Account Management > User Management to manage the permission levels of the users registered to your account.
