Prosthetic materials

NobelProcera prosthetic components are produced from acrylic, alumina, zirconia, lithium-disilicate, titanium and cobalt chromium – for optimal esthetics and clinical results as well as for the various budgetary needs.



  • All materials are biocompatible and thoroughly tested. NobelProcera’s advanced centralized manufacturing combined with high-quality materials delivers consistent precision of fit and material stability. Each product is delivered with a traceable authenticity label which makes it easy to complete your documentation and provide further assurance.

  • Zirconia

    NobelProcera Zirconia is the ceramic material of choice for strong and highly esthetic restorations. Frameworks in Zirconia are available for cement- and screw-retained solutions on teeth and implants from single-unit to multi-unit restorations. Zirconia displays excellent biocompatibility with significant reduction of plaque and bacterial adhesion on surfaces.

    Industrial material shading (available in four shades: white, light, medium, intense) guarantees consistent color and strength values of the material.

  • Titanium

    NobelProcera Titanium is highly biocompatible and produces excellent soft tissue response. This material represents an excellent alternative in cases where the clinical situation limits the application of Zirconia frameworks.

    NobelProcera Titanium restorations are milled from a solid monobloc for extraordinary strength and precision of fit. NobelProcera Titanium offers a cost-efficient alternative to casted PFMs for temporary and final prosthetics.

  • Alumina
    NobelProcera Alumina's high translucency makes it ideal for solutions in esthetically demanding areas. This material has proven, long-term clinical success in both single-tooth restorations and anterior 2-4 unit bridges.
  • Base Metal Alloy Cobalt Chromium

    NobelProcera Base Metal Alloy Cobalt Chromium represents an excellent alternative in cases where the clinical situation limits the application of Zirconia frameworks.

    Cobalt chromium restorations are milled from a solid monobloc for extraordinary strength and precision of fit and are both biocompatible and nickel, cadmium and beryllium-free. Cobalt chromium frameworks combine cost-efficiency and exceptional quality.

  • IPS e.max® CAD full-contour crown
    IPS e.max® CAD crown by NobelProcera is a full-contoured, precision milled, monolithic, all-ceramic restorative solution. This product is available in 20 shades (16 A-D and 4 bleaching shades) and can be cemented or adhesively bonded.
    All restorations are milled and shipped in an intermediate state, in which the material demonstrates its characteristic blue color - this allows efficient and easy cut-back or modification of the crown.
    The e.max® CAD crown obtains its final strength and tooth shade through the crystallization process.
  • Acrylic (Telio® CAD by NobelProcera)

    Telio® CAD* by NobelProcera provisional solutions in acrylic are cost-effective and offer excellent marginal integrity and good wear characteristics. All restorations are milled from a homogeneous bloc resulting in extraordinary strength.

    The material has lifelike fluorescence and is available in six shades (four A shades and two bleaching shades) and additional characterization is possible with light-cured composite stains and glazes.
